The provider came with three people. I had my car in my driveway. They used a water faucet available in our garage. Very systematic and the car turned out to be very clean.

Without any question the best detailing done in my 50+ years of owning cars. The detailing inside was extraordinary. They clean places that other detailers ignore, such as the seat tracks. The dashboard shone and the metallic details glistened in the sun. The upholstery was showroom new and the insides of the doors looked like they had been lacquered. The outside was immaculate and they even cleaned the wheel wells. They arrived at exactly the time they said they would. Definitely an A++ rating. If you want an amazing detailing job, you have to use Mobile Wash and Lube.

My husband is very difficult to please and had made up his mind that I wasted my money buying this detail service for an 8 year-old car. I had no difficulty scheduling and the service was done within two weeks of my purchase. My husband was home when the crew arrived. He said they immediately set to work and he was absolutely astounded with the result. Nobody tried to upcharge him. The crew came when they said they would and were done within the hour. This old car looks brand new, inside and out. Every tiny nook and cranny of the interior is so clean it looks like a brand-new car. I could have never gotten this interior so clean. The service was truly worthwhile and we plan on using this company again. I highly recommend them if you are going to trade your car in. The car looks fabulous inside and out when they are done and this is bound to increase your trade-in value. We weren't trading this car in; we inherited it from an elderly family member and I was embarrassed to drive it because it was so beat up. Now, except for some dings and dents (which this service cannot address) this car looks beautiful and I now drive it.

Owner and two assistants appeared punctually and went right to work. The vacuumed, washed the upholstery and carpeting and generally did all those things most of us don't have the time to keep up with. By having so many hands they were able to complete the job swiftly and efficiently. Their labor helped me realize better value on the sale as the buyer noticed the cleanliness of the interior! I would definitely recommend Mobile Wash & Lube's detailing services.

They did a wonderful job. I think that they were very detail oriented. They were prompt. They really put the extra effort in making sure that the car looks great. They were eager to answer any questions I had on anything. In reference to the detailing, I had this car that needed done and they asked me what I wanted done. They really did an amazing job. I will recommend them to anybody.

Everything was perfect...except they showed up 5 hours early! They gave us a window of time for their arrival and then showed up 5 hours early, because they had a cancellation. I wouldn't have minded a call to inquire if they could come over early, but they just showed up at my house and rang the door bell and then knocked and then called. I was home sick and had to drag myself out of bed to deal with them...and the car wasn't even there. We had planned to have the car back in plenty of time to get the baby seat out before the time that they gave up...but they just hung around until my husband came home with the car and wanted to rush right in and start cleaning. A bit unprofessional, IMO, but the service that they eventually provided was perfect.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out well. The service was good overall. It took them a long time to fit me in. They were right on time, and they were there when they said they would be.

I was very pleased with all the work that was done. They came to my home, so I was really happy that they did the work professionally and quietly. The car is immaculate inside. He told me when we scheduled the job that there was an additional charge for pet hair, so I wasn't surprised at the $30 additional charge for that. What did surprise me was that tar removal wasn't included in exterior cleaning. I have a small spray of tar on the driver's side that they didn't remove entirely. Tar removal is extra and has to be mentioned when you contract the work. And they don't do the trunk or glovebox unless you ask ahead of time. They did clean the opening around the trunk after I asked about it. I didn't realize I didn't update this review. The work actually cost me quite a bit more because my water bill was extraordinarily high the next month. I'll take my car to a detailing center in the future because the final cost is the final cost.

They arrived on the appointed time and got to work immediately. Having them come to the house is one of the greatest advantages. 2 hours later my husbands 2006 Solera looked like it just came from the showroom. This car is in very good condition and now it looks perfect. My husband is pretty hard to impress and all he kept saying is "WOW". Would we do it again ? I have already made an appointment for them to come back and detail my car. Best value in town. I can't say enough about their good service.

The only minor issue was that scheduling a mobile wash requires some patience, because they need to come to you. But once we got it scheduled (which was a couple of weeks out), everything went smoothly. They showed up on time, were professional and did a great job. I'd use them again and highly recommend them.

We basically got an interior clean that we could have gotten at any regular car wash place for half the price or less. We expected a complete detailing.

On July 21st I purchased a $99.00 for a complete auto detailing from "Wash and Lube" through Angie's List. On July 23rd I was contacted by "Wash and Lube" to inquire what I needed and do I need a truck that carried water. Since I live in an apartment complex I told them they would need their own water supply. I was told that wouldn't be a problem and they would call me when that type of truck would be in my area. Several days later I was called again and told that they hadn't forget me and they would be in contact when that type of truck would be in my area. Several days later I was called and an appointment was set up. On the date of the appointment they arrived at the scheduled time and three people began immediately to work on my car. About two hours later I was notified that my car was ready. Upon inspection I couldn't believe how good my car looked. It looked like the day I took it from the dealer. The gentleman also stated that he had noticed several dings on the car and that he would call later that day, or the next day with a name of someone who fixed dents. The man from "Wash and Lube" did call the next day with the man's name. All in all it was a great experience and I would certainly recommend them to anyone thinking about having their car detailed.

Everything went very well with the job. They came to my house and did a great job cleaning up my truck, which is a little extra impressive due to several recent trips to the beach leaving sand in the cab. I would definitely recommend them to anyone provided they get the deal as advertised on Angie's List right now. The $100 for the service is a fantastic deal, but I'm going to give them a bit of a ding on price due to the sizable increase in price for trucks. I think a 50% cost increase for going from a car to a truck is "good" not "excellent" as per Angie's List recommendations for the letter grades. All in all I am still very satisfied, however, and would recommend this group to others for certain. I am honestly very tempted to call them back to perform the same services on my other vehicle(s). Thanks for a great job guys!

everything went well except for waxing of car. Was expecting real wax but instead a mother's detail spray was used.

Car looks great. There was a lot of dirt from 8 years of accumulation, and the results are really nice.

Detailed car in the driveway while we were out of town. I provided hose and outlet and they did it. Excellent job, 2005 Honda looks like new. They did something to the 8 year old leather seats that restored them to the original finish. I am impressed!

I purchased an Angie's List deal for car detailing. I received an email within 2 days with a number to call to schedule service. Gary explained that he prepared schedules weekly and would call me when they would be in my area. The first time he called me, I couldn't be available. He called me the following week with times that I would be at work and could not make the car available at my home. We talked about where I worked and he said that although it would be a little out of the way, he would come to my workplace. I was very pleased that he was flexible. The crew arrived before the appointed time in the parking lot of my work. They introduced themselves and were very friendly and got to work right away. They let me know when they were done so I could look at their work. The car was beautiful inside and out; I was very pleased. I would use this company again and recommend them to others. I was so happy that Gary was willing to work out the schedule with me.

Gary and his team did a phenomenal job. My car looked like it was just driven off the showroom floor!!!
