Wonderful experience! On time, professional, beautiful results. My car has not been this clean since I bought it! Will definitely use them again!

If you want reliability, don't use this service. Was told mobile service would show up at my house between 9 - 11 a.m. Was told I would need to provide water and electricity for the service--fine. Got up early to connect hose and electric cord and pulled to front. Also cleaned out trunk and side pockets in car. Nobody showed up. Nobody called. I tried to reach Gary, who had set everything up. Got his voice mail and left a message. Within five minutes I got a text that "his truck's fuel pump had broken and all appointments were canceled for today." Really? Where was the phone call to tell me that? The guy didn't even have the courtesy to call me after I left a message on his phone, which clearly was working. Great way to run a business. F-.

The first call was very smooth. They came a hr late but on the date of appointment. They did a good job .

They came right to my garage, 3 people and got the JOB DONE in about 2 hours. It is STILL fresh and clean, I've been extremely happy with this service. Sibby McCrady

The Fabric Seat's Were Very Damp And The Towels I Had In My Car He Used To Wrap Wet Floor Mat's And Put Them In My Truck! When I Went To Readjust My Rearview Mirror It Came Right Off. My Car Was Left Unlocked. And After Letting Floor Mat's Drip Dry All Night I Still Couldn't Put Them In Because My Floor Carpet Was Soaked. The Dew On The Inside Of Windows This Morning Was So Bad I Had To dry Off To Drive And Then Reclean Them Myself. I Feel He Rushed And The Quality Of Job Just Wasn't There.My Tires Had Lint On Them That I Removed With A Tape roller, And My Steer wheel Was Very Slippy With Armor All.

Having to wait for over a month for service is ridiculous in the first place but then the guy never calls. I wouldn't use him to detail an outhouse!

I will definitely use these folks again. They did a very good job in a very short time. They were prompt, courteous, and were amazingly fast.

They arrived at 7:00AM as promised and worked non-stop until 8:30. They were very polite and cleaned up afterward. My car was filthy and they got it clean. I was especially happy with the results inside the car. Seats, carpets, dashboard, steering wheel all looked great. My only disappointment was that they didn't clean my trunk but that might have been my fault for not asking them to do that. Overall I was extremely pleased with the work done and plan to use them again. It is so nice to have the work done at home. Very convenient!!

It went well. They charged me an additional $40.00 due to pet hair. The only thing is that they left my things randomly placed around my driveway when they were finished. For instance, we could not find my car keys. We finally found them on my grill.

Gary arrived within the window he gave me, with a crew of at least 4 people. They brought all their own supplies but used my hose, which was fine with me. They had to keep stopping because of intermittent downpours, but as soon as the rain let up they were right back at it. I offered Gary the use of my garage when it started to rain, but he declined, explaining that they needed enough light to see how they were doing. When finished, my car looked great. More importantly, it smelled clean too, which is amazing since he didn't use any artificial scent devices and my car had previously had a very noticeable doggy smell. All in all, I hope to do business with Mobile Wash and Lube for many years to come. Jackie Umans

They were lovely individuals. They were very nice. The only problem was in the pricing, that they said It will cost me more so I was disappointment but they worked out with my disappointment. He worked with me and said he is not going to charge me more. The work was satisfactory.

Gary showed up exactly on time. He and three others shampooed interior and cleaned upholstery. They were very pleasant to deal with. Five year old car inside and out is now perfection.

I called and they had a back log, so they said they'd call me. It's been going on two weeks, thereabouts.

They did an OK job. They wanted a copy of what I ordered before he would do the work. He was rude and tried to over charge me. I would never use them again. They were very unprofessional.

They came - 3 people - and cleaned my minivan inside out. They washed and cleaned the cloth seats, the floor which was very dirty. They could not get some of the stains out especially from the car mats. But otherwise they did a thorough job.

We had it scheduled, but the weather was bad and we now have it re-scheduled.

Was flexible in scheduling and I LOVED that they came to me. Arrived on time verified that I had the confirmation of payment and started work immediately . Completed work in a little less than two hours with 2 people . Interior and exterior cleaned and vacuumed. Floor mats removed and washed. Fabric seats wiped down with damp cloth. Interior /exterior windows cleaned. Exterior car washed and dried. I would classify this as an interior / exterior clean - not a detail. I was a bit disappointed. Biggest issues- I had emptied the car and trunk in anticipation of service but the trunk was not touched. (The ad said interior clean which I assumed would include the trunk) . Windows were cleaned but some missed spots (primarily in the corners). Floor mats were placed on top of shrubbery and soap was rinsed off with a hose. Unfortunately shrubs turned brown a few days later from the soap (you could see the outline of the floor mats on our two front bushes). In fairness to the service provider, I was traveling for work the weeks following the service and did not contact the vendor with theses concerns.

They were professional. It seemed to take several weeks of calling to get an appointment., that is my only concern.

I saw the deal on Angie's List for detailing and decided to take advantage of it for my car and my son's car. I had never had a car detailed before, and I did not know what to expect. I made arrangements for a convenient day and time. The crew arrived promptly and worked diligently for about 2 plus hours. I provided the access for water and electricity. I was surprised that I had to pay extra because the carpet mats were "very soiled". All in all, they did a good job.

They did a good job and I would use them again.

They did a great job. It went well.

After they were done, it looked like a brand new car.
