I contact Brad Brown Electric looking for pricing to run electric to an above ground pool. During the estimating process everything was explained and the price was very reasonable. When concluded the discussion about the pool we talked about my electrical panel which was over 25 years. I was given a price and the office called me with in 48 hours to see if I have any questions. We scheduled the replacement of the panel first and it was done 3 days later. The work done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Brad Brown electric to anyone needing electrical work.

They provided excellent service. They came in a timely manner, took the initiative to examine electrical issues in the house, carefully and patiently explained everything, identified tasks that needed to be done - this was really admirable. They were transparent about what the house needed and the repairs that could wait. Finally, offered a payment plan without being asked. Absolutely the best!

Many thanks to Anthony and Ralph for fixing the electrical issue in our master bathroom. They did great work! The best part about these guys is that they literally show you exactly what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. They also provided enough information upfront on what the cost would be. I moved into a 1917 house that needed several electric jobs. Brad evaluated every part of the project, took into consideration my vision, and then went to work. He came out a few days early after only maybe 48 hours after I rang the company, which was highly recommended to me. The consult took 45 minutes (lots of mini electric projects) and he immediately went to work. Within maybe 2-3 hours after he first arrived for the consult, every project was done. I thought it would take several days spread out over a few weeks with return visits. He isn't a master. He is the master who taught the master and is young and energetic, but with over two decades of experience. Think Formula One pit-stop in terms of speed and German car efficiency in terms of quality. He knows all the codes, where exceptions lie, where the spectrum ranges from small, medium, and large fixes depending on the vision of the project (e.g., rental vs owner-occupier). He is also an artist at his craft with an appreciation for tidiness, presentation of wiring, attention to detail, and correctness. If you are looking for a $10 - $50 quick fix stick up battery light job, Brad is not your man. But he does help out across the rental to owner-occupier spectrum with excellent prices. If you want the job done right, even on a moderate budget, there are no better electricians out there. I have had many electricians over the years across multiple countries I have lived in and Brad was hands down the best overall.

From scheduling through installation had an excellent experience. This was a surprisingly pleasant morning with not only highly-competent and professional electrical services rendered, but done so by two gentlemen operating swiftly and politely with integrity. I would use them again in a heartbeat and absolutely recommend their services.

We needed a turnkey solution two 35+ year old bathroom exhaust fans that were dying. Anjali in the main office understood and coordinated with Brad to make it happen. Brad is an excellent communicator who did beautiful work selecting and installing a replacement exhaust / heat fan and switch panel in the master bath. He saved us the expense of the powder room exhaust fan replacement by making a repair instead. Brad Brown Electrics is our new go-to business for future electrical work!

Excellent! Brad and his assistant Ralph were very friendly and neat. They both wore masks for this outdoor project, which I really appreciated. Brad quickly diagnosed the issue with our GFI & identified an issue with the box, which we decided to replace as well along with the cover. The new box and cover are much more substantial. He also securely reattached our wobbly motion sensor light to the house and adjusted all settings. I would absolutely recommend Brad and plan to hire him for any future electrical needs.

Great. It turned out that a transformer had gone bad. They replaced it and it works great now.

Brad was a true professional. After his diagnosis of the issues, he clearly laid out his plan and what needed to be done to install our new outlets. He provided price options for other improvements we could make. During the project, he had to fish through our fireplace and walls, and did so very carefully. For the holes needed for the fishing, he patched up perfectly. We now have an outlet on our stone fireplace (for a mounted tv) and another for gaming consoles and other peripherals. Before leaving, he provided a list of other services and home improvements to keep in mind, which was great since we just moved in to a new home a couple weeks ago. We’ll definitely be working with Brad again in the future!
