Description of Work: I called John about 2 hours ago. He responded within 15 minutes! He was personable and proffesional on the phone. He wanted to come right over. I asked him if he could make it at 4:00 PM . He responded,"YES." He asked me some key questions on the phone to get an idea of what the problem might be. I appreciated his quick response. I expect him here at 4::00 PM and I will write a second review after the job is done. But based on our phone conversation he seems top notch! Joanne, Broomall
