Description of Work: Harris Comfort inspected our HVAC system in order for us to obtain a service contract. The inspection went well and Harris is now our service provider.

Description of Work: Harris provides all the propane service and maintains our HVAC. They are always on time, straight forward and know what they are doing. Our AC went down last summer and they repaired it within hours.

Description of Work: Harris came out to give an estimate for a generator. They discussed the fuel options available, where to site the unit, and helped us make a decision on the size of the unit based on our needs. We chose which circuits we wanted to be able to use which in turn informed our decision on the size of the unit required. The job was done in one day. We did have to wait for installation due to backorder of the generator itself.

Description of Work: I have Harris for my heating oil and propane. Overall, they are very professional and honest. The only negative opinion is the price for oil. This really shouldnt reflect anything negative towards Harris, since they base their price off of market pricing.

Description of Work: This was our 2nd use of Harris Comfort. We chose them because the 1st servicing went very well. This service was for our air conditioner not working and everything is fine now.

Description of Work: Harris Comfort installed a new Carrier Heating and A/C system and added/moved vents and re-attached a vent that had become loose. They were punctual and installed the system in one day. There were issues with a whining noise from the Carrier Outdoor Unit. Harris came several times to take measures suggested by Carrier, to reduce/eliminate the noise. Ultimately, they had to put in another new Outdoor Unit. The noise was reduced but not eliminated. This was not Harris' fault; it appears to be a "feature" of the Carrier A/C Compressor. Also, Harris came back to fix an issue with a vent which was not putting out air. They had to move it and this fixed the issue. Overall, we were pleased with the professionalism shown by Harris.

Description of Work: I had a furnace and air conditioner installed. They were the lowest bid because they sized the furnace correctly. They didn't try to over sell me something I didn't need. The installers came on time and did the proper installation and clean in the time that was quoted. I would suggest you contact them for your heating and a/c needs

Description of Work: Harris installed a brand new boiler in June 2012. They were only going to warranty it for 30 days on summer when it would hardly be used. After some wrangling from my real estate agent, they agreed to 1 year. Today they went back on that agreement over a $20 part. They wanted to charge $80 just to come out. Called someone else that repaired the boiler and charged me $60 total. Your word is your bond. Not with Harris

Description of Work: Cleaned evaporator coil and replaced dual capacitor, condenser fan motor and circuit board.
