Replaced outdoor faucet for cost of $250.

Fine. Worked hard to figure out the problem.

I had a leaking toilet - had to be replaced - and the hot water valve wouldn't shut off. Matt and Brian were quick, efficient and professional. My warranty company had to come to the house twice to fix the hot water prior to Mr. Rooter and they couldn't fix it. Everything seems to be working great. Would definitely hire again.

The problem was that the guy decided it would have to be jack hammered up and re-concrete. Luckily I already had a handyman that worked at that property and he snaked it and that fixed it. So, they would've charged us $5,000.00 for a $100.00 job. It cost us $50.00 to snake it. The only good thing that they did, we wrote a letter to the owner of that franchise, and he refunded our $100.00 service thing when they came out. That was the only good thing. I didn't need the work done. I might use Mr. Rooter, but I'm not going to use that franchise.

It went very well. Plumber was courteous and professional. He explained the problems in plain words. He honored an Angie's coupon. And did some extra works free. Awesome!

Everything works well, they are always up front about the costs and willing to respond to questions. I several items taken care of over the past few months

The one thing I didn't like about them was that they do one of those deals where they made me sign a contract. I just wanted to pay for the service and if I needed them again I would call them. Other than that, they were okay. As far as the service, I would give them a B, but if that contract plays into it I would give them a C or D. I don't remember what it cost me, but as for as I'm concerned it was a waste of money.

Job was completed though not very easily...but that was due to how our place is constructed! Lou was great!

It was perfect, they did a really good job. We don't have a standard water heater and was getting the run around from someone else. They were able to accommodate us which we appreciated.

The plumber was great. Repair was fast and everything works great now. He was sensitive to try to save us money by reusing some of the existing pipe.

He was very thorough. Explain everything before he do it.

Plumber shows up at 3:45 in 12:00 to 4:00 window and proceeds to overdiagnose my problem. He spun me a story about decomposing galvanic pipe in a mystery location between the floors. I did some research last night. That would be brown/red not black. I did even more googling. Turns out my problem was decomposing flexible line under my sink. I fixed it myself. I have not received the quote yet for tearing up and replacing the water lines.

It went very well, he has been here before and i asked for him specifically. Very good job! He was knoeldgable and helped with our Kitchen sink with information he knew alot obout.

He arrived on time and made quick work of my problem. Very professional. We continued to my sister's house where there was a more serious problem, and he just kept unloading gear, determined to fix the problem. When he needed to call for additional help, that help arrived in a reasonable time, and the got out the tough clog. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used this company, and I'm always satisfied. The price can be a little high, but the job always gets down well.

It only took an hour to install the toilet. It was great. They left the area cleaner than it was before they showed up. I requested that they cut the rug around where the toilet was going in and he did it with no problem. It took him a little longer but he did it and did not complain.

They showed up quickly during an emergency and expeditiously.

Did a great job. Showed up promptly fully prepared for the pump replacement. Performed the job in short order, Left no trace of their presence when finished.

Upon contacting Mr. Rooter, the dispatcher told us he'd have someone contact us as soon as possible. Matt N. called almost immediately, was at the house within a half hour, and in little more than an hour was able to correct the problem. The defective valve (and the adjoin one) were replaced. We are very pleased with the entire response of Mr. Rooter and Matt on a Sunday afternoon. We found an on-line coupon at Angie's List which was applied to the overall cost, as well !!

All clogs were removed efficiently and price was reasonable.
