Mr Rooter Plumbing of Lehigh Valley

Initially, we met with Rich from S. Agentis to go over the details of what we were looking for in our new bathrooms. During this process, he offered helpful suggestions and if we had an idea that wouldn?t work due to space or code issues, he would indicate an alternative suggestion that would work instead. His knowledge and insight was very helpful to us in making decisions about the bathrooms. When we met with him to sign the contract, he carefully explained the on-going process that would be followed and scheduled our project to begin in mid-July. Before our project began, we met with Daun at East Lawn Supply to pick our fixtures and accessories. She was wonderful to work with and very helpful in making sure we got everything we wanted and that everything worked well together. We also met with Adriana at Garden State Tile. She was also wonderful to work with and helped to make our tile color selections, work with our other fixture choices. In mid-July the project began with the demolition of the Master Bathroom. The Master Bathroom was completed and made usable then the Hall Bathroom was demolished so that we always had one (1) working bathroom during the entire project. Both bathrooms needed to be completely demolished (including removal of the walls to the studs, removal of the floors to the subflooring and re-wiring and re-plumbing). The project was very involved because they both needed substantial work. The two men who came to work on the bathrooms (Walt and Jeff) were very thorough and made sure to adequately cover the interior of our home during demolition and remodeling to minimize dust and dirt. Any on-going issues or suggestions we had were discussed in a timely manner throughout the project. In addition, Walt and Jeff always asked our opinions on locations of the accessories we purchased before actual installation. [See pictures.] The tile work that was done in our bathrooms was done by Scott from Malozzi Tile & Marble. He did a fantastic job. In addition to the tile work he did in both bathrooms, he also did the backsplash for our Kitchen. The final results look amazing. The electrical work was done by MRP Electric, Inc. and they also did a very good job and were very professional. All of the individuals we worked with at S. Agentis (Rich, Walt, Jeff and Tom) were professional, courteous and always willing to put the extra effort in to make us happy with their work. We would highly recommend using these companies for any upcoming remodeling work you have planned.

Although no work was done because the leak was not from the pipes I was very satisfied with this company. They promptly responded, very knowable and professional. I would like to send many thanks for taking the time to respond. I will definitely call again for future problems. Just hope I don't have the need. Thank you again

We woke up to find our basement laundry full of water. I turned out to be a backed up floor drain from the sewer line. We looked up the vendor on Angie's list, called them at 8 am and had someone at our house by 10:20! The plumber was very thorough, knowledgeable and had an amazing array of tools. When confronted with an "older house" plumbing issue, he made a recommendation that ultimately saved the day. He was then able to rooter the clogged line, which was external from the outside vent pipe to the street and it was a done deal! He asked us in advance if we had a coupon from Angie's List and now the cost of joining this wonderful service has paid for itself!

It was all excellent. The only issue was they said that they were going to be here in 15 minutes and it was a bout half an hour. They're very professional and courteous. They explained the job and everything that you could expect.

The technician was very knowledgeable and polite. Even though he couldn't duplicate the problem, he made every attempt to duplicate the problem. I also received a quote for another issue and will definitely be calling them back.

In my experience in being a "do-it-yourselfer,? trusting anyone to do work on your house, car, etc. becomes a very challenging process, so thank you Angie's List! Second, I have to say, S. Agentis / Mr. Rooter Plumbing and the individual they sent was 100% great! I called early this morning majorly concern due to all the stories we heard about plumbing services and the cost involved! My wife decided to sign up for Angie's List a few months ago! I wasn't too clear on why but said OK! I have to say, score one for the wife because that was a great call. I called S. Agentis / Mr. Rooter Plumbing needing emergency plumbing service. I explain what the problem was then asked what the process was. The phone rep explained everything to me and informed me of the times a rep could come out! She was very professional, polite and kind. Not only did they come in a timely manner, but the gentleman came to my property, did not look at the size or cared if it was a mansion or not! He explained to me what he's checking for first, then assessed the issue and gave me a quote of $265. I agreed then he resolved the issue in almost minutes! He was also very professional, polite and kind! He also informed me that one of the pipes should be ventilated, took the liberty of doing that as well! I used the $30 coupon Angie?s List provided for this company, so the price is minus the $30.00. He gave me my receipt, packed up and left! YES I would use this service again. Hopefully I won't need to, but if I do, there is no other plumbing company I will even consider! Thank you S. Agentis / Mr. Rooter Plumbing and thank you again Angie's List! You both have my vote as two of the best companies in the world...

I have well water at my house. The shut off valve was too tight and he didn't want to use a wrench to loosen it, so he turned off the pump well water before performing the work. He did the repair and I made payment immediately as the provider required. About 10 minutes later the upstairs faucet had an issue with the water not working. I called back and was transferred to the plumber who had came to do the service. I explained the situation in detail and when I asked if their would be an additional charge, he replied by saying "Why wouldn't there be?". I then requested to speak with a supervisor, but was then disconnected. I called the company back immediately and transferred me to who I believe to be the service manager. I asked the service manager again about the additional charge and explained how I had used it prior to the repair and it no longer worked after the work was completed. After asking the service managers name he mumbled something and hung up the phone. I had called another service manager and spoke to a woman who told me she would contact the owner and co-owner of the company and get back with me within 24 - 48 hours. I explained the situation to her as well. After thinking about it I thought to myself the aerator on the well pump may have been the issue, I took it off and cleaned it. This fixed the problem. I called back and canceled my service work. I still was unhappy with the provider due to the lack of professionalism with the service manager calling me a complainer and hanging up on me. I was told that the owner would call me Monday (7/14/14) never received a call, so I called them back and spoke with another customer service rep, the owner finally called around noon and the owner did offer me a refund for the work and he mentioned that he had spoken with the service manager and had redirected him to a different job and that the woman I spoke with had left company the following day and he apologized for the issues I had with these people and he said that the gentleman was transferred to a different position in the company and he had some personal issues that caused his rude behavior. Overall I used this service due to the high praise received that I had read about in the monthly publication and was disappointed in the way the staff had treated me overall and the manager seemed to be aware of issues with the poor customer service these staff members had given me and the only thing he could tell me was the service manager had personal issues. Another thing about the conversation with the owner, I asked if he had spoke with the employee who came and performed the work and he had told me that he had not spoken with him and said maybe he should speak with him, which I thought was strange that he wouldn't have talked to the plumber who did the work. I think he offered me a refund due to saying I would go to Angie's List and was trying to avoid a negative rating, which wasn't why I called. I was calling due to the poor customer service. I've lived at this address for 20 years and I have never received a service this poor.

Arrived after the initial call Dale within an hour at 9:00am on a Sunday. Dale was very professional and proficient at his job.

The plumber who came gave me prices, explained the work. He did a very nice job. Everything is very neat and professionally done. He showed me his work upon completion. I used the Angie's list coupon for the services as well. It only took him a few hours and everything went great! I would definitely hire them again.

They are always very prompt, come on time, and are efficient with the job. The technician was here for about an hour and a half and everything turned out great.

My experience was very positive, and I have absolutely no complaints. The customer service was excellent. The person I spoke with over the phone was very friendly, helpful and patient. She was able to schedule for same day service. I received a call from the Technician, as promised, when he was on his way. He arrived promptly, was very courteous and knowledgeable, and most importantly was able to run out for the right parts, and fix the problem in no time. And he was cool with my dog watching him work, which was a bonus. This is the second time I've hired this company over the past 12 months, for unrelated issues; and, both experiences were positive. I will definitely continue to call them when needed. Based on my experience, I can confidently recommend them. I don't think you can go wrong.

After calling in our issue it only took a plumber less than 2 hours to get to our house. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He was upfront about the cost and possible fees if it were a larger problem. Within no time he cleared the clog in our toilet. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

I have used Mr. Rooter on this occasion and one other and been very pleased with their quick service and the attention to detail of the technicians they sent out. This technician was quite young, but he was completely professional, took the time to explain what the exact problem was to me, went out of his way to prove to me that it was solved when he was finished (I'd have just believed him, but it was a nice touch), and then wrote up a very thorough mini-essay about the whole thing on the receipt. I thought the charge was quite reasonable for the work performed. Mr. Rooter is now my go-to plumbing company.

All work was done expertly and in a very timely fashion. The service tech arrived on time reviewed the work to be done and issued the projected price. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

It went wonderfully. I have used them because they were the only plumbing company that told me how to fix my problem 5 years ago, after I removed a tree I have not called them for that problem. The plumber showed up on time. He was nice and very professional. I showed him where he had to go. He didn't bother me until he showed me what I should know. I love that! It only took him a few hours considering he had to removed the old one which was full of water and salt. Everything was cleaned up so well you couldn't tell anyone was there. If you want honesty and quality this is the company to call.

The service was professional and work performed was to specifications. I would recommend this company to others and will look to use them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

They were not able to do the pipe. The estimate for the vanity was too high & would take longer than anticipated. They were polite & there was no charge.

I called them at 10:30 PM (they have a 24 hour answering service, which is great) and the receptionist contacted the on-call service provider, who called me back in about 15 minutes. I asked about pricing and was told that it would be $175.00 to come out and do a typical snacking of the drain. If it were a typical situation, that would be the final cost. It could be more if there were atypical problems. We arranged an appointment for the following 8:00 AM (today, as I write this). The technician called at 7:50 and informed me that he would be about 20 minutes late due to traffic (Rte. 22 was flooded due to heavy rain and traffic was tremendously backed up). I appreciated the call and he did indeed arrive at about 8:20. The technician stayed more than an hour and it was indeed a typical job, so the quote of $175.00 held firm. I presented him with a $30.00 coupon printed from their listing her on Angie's List, and he asked me if I was sure that I wanted to use that one, with a smile on his face. I replied 'What do you mean?' He said "Take a look on your refrigerator". It turned out that he had noticed a magnet from his company which offered $40.00 off of service. That's been there for years, and neither my wife nor I had noticed it! So, he saved us an additional $10.00. I'm not thrilled -- of course -- with having to pay an unexpected $135.00 (oh, the joys of home ownership!), but couldn't be happier with the service I received.

I hired them because they had done good work for me on a previous occasion and because they offered a coupon for Angie's List members. They responded shortly after I called to schedule, they showed on time, and they did a great job with the repairs. I've had no problems with the pipe since that point.

It went well. the quality of the workmanship is good. We do not like the location of the dryer clean out vent

Every time I call this company, they respond, they schedule visits around my schedule, they come out, do a quality job with quality parts and send a resonable bill. They are not the cheapest plumbers around, but they do it right, do it once, and never have to repeat service for the same issue. I will continue to use this company.

They came out and offered a few (cheaper) alternatives which unfortunately didn't fix the problem. Went ahead and had the drain line rooted, taking out some tree roots that we're blocking the line. Everything drains well now.
