I had some shingles repaired or replaced on my roof. The job was bid on and completed all in one day. The price was reasonable and the workmanship is superb.

Although necessary, I was apprehensive about purchasing a new roof. There are many factors to consider. I had received several estimates. I compared prices with five contractors. Romano had the best price and their work included what others also offered. Mary in the office was always courteous. I had to wait for three months before committing due to other obligations. Romano was patient, kept in touch but was not pushy. The work was done quickly and workers were friendly and attentive to my questions and concerns. They also did one additional repair to gutters without charge. Jay inspected the work. I will recommend them to others. Trust is important; I trust Romano and support them as a local business rooted in the community.

They replaced two skylights for me and I was very pleased with the final result. Because one was leaking (and staining my drywall) , I asked Mary at their the office if she could possibly move up my installation date. She said she would try, called me back in about one week and moved up my installation date by almost two weeks! It was really appreciated and demonstrated excellent customer service..

They were great. We had our chimney flashed and a cricket built behind the chimney. We didn't even know they were there. The only negative was that they did leave some flashing pieces and a few nails laying around near the driveway.. I would definitely recommend them.. Thanks Home Advisor for the connection..

From Mary in the office to Jay with the estimate to Greg and crew for the work, you can't ask for better folks. Asked Greg of the roofing crew lots of questions during installation and he answered all without any reservations. Good people and good work. I highly recommend them.

They replaced 12-15 shingles that had blown off the highest peak of my 3story Victorian home. Also replaced damaged gutters in two locations, and reattached downspouts. Identified and sealed a leak in a third gutter. From first contact to finished project, they were friendly and professional. Excellent customer service throughout!

Mary at thr office keeps in constant contact to inform you what is happening with your roofing repairs and when the work will be completed.

The initial contact with Jay went well. He came on the day and time appointed for the estimate and was in uniform with name tag. The day of the job the crew was uniformed and on time. If there were questions or problems they brought them to me. If I had questions they quickly answered them. Mary in the office was a pleasure to work with. As far as cleanup, didn't know they were there. I would highly recommend them.

Fast, excellent work. Romano replaced the entire rear portion of my roof including the plywood and a few rafters as well as ridge and eave vents and gutters. Their prices were the best out of many estimates. They answered all questions and were proud to show off the work when finished. Would highly recommend them for all of the services they provided me.

Jay (the salesperson) was on time and quite professional. All of our questions were answered promptly. I was told there would be a four man crew, but the job was completely in two days with three workers. Some minor issues were taken care of promptly as well.

Jay and his crew were fantastic. Unbelievable on also replacing flashing, roof vent, etc. Great job, 50 year guarantee, and reasonable price. If you need a new roof, they are the ones to use!
