This company was awesome.! Came out at 8am, saw the problem and completed the estimate in no time. I was happy to see that it was a a small and inexpensive repair. They even showed me pictures of the problem. They came back 2 hours later and completed the job the same day.

I hired Romano Roofing and they did an excellent, excellent job. Very efficient, explained what was going to take place and did all they said they were going to do. I have called them for other projects.

Fred came shortly after I called Romano Roofing. I told him my concerns about water pooling at the lower end of the roof. He suggested putting tapered insulation to entire roof surface to correct the pitch and eliminate pooling. He gave me an estimate based on that. However, when they arrived there was no tapered insulation, when I asked the question about what happened to the tapered insulation, they really had no answer. They just put additional insulation that I didn't need. We adjusted the price a bit at the end but I felt I was sold something I didn't need and paid extra for the material and the labor.

I was impressed with how thorough he was and how personable he was.

Romano came in at the lowest price, and also was willing to give me a 2-year warrantee on the repairs, plus did extra work at no additional charge. The work was done quickly, and Jay was very agreeable and informative. I recommend Romano most highly, and without reservation!

The original price was below the competitors and the added problem that surfaced Jay worked with me and waited until the insurance company paid me which was below the estimate Jay provided but he accepted. Jay also added a few little details at no additional cost. He was a pleasure to work with. Jay of Romano Roofing was very helpful, offering flexible dates and helping us understand the process of replacing a skylight. The installer who came was skilled, efficient and helpful. We had also developed a roof leak and the installer repaired that as well on the same visit.
