The septic line was clogged and needed to be snaked. The work was completed adequately and timely. The basement where the access to the septic drain was located was left in a disgusting mess with standing septic water and septic sludge all over the floor and wall. I don't know if this is typical of this type of repair or was because the worker sent to the house was working with a knee injury. The gentleman kept complaining about his injury and left very quickly after the line was unclogged.

He was on time and polite and easy to work with but the price that he quoted me was way to expensive. It was either double or triple what another company had quoted me. Most of his clients were for emergency calls and the price is higher so they can get the job done right away.

They did a great job. He was very professional and even brought his own vacuum to clean up the mess he made when he cut through the ceiling. I was very impressed by this. He was extremely neat. There were no problems.

He cut a big hole in the wall not wearing any protection and didn't close the door. He ended up getting plaster dust all over items outside of the bathroom. They were trying to sell me a much bigger job worth a lot more money than what I wanted done. The gentleman ended up walking out of the job when we said something regarding what he was doing. He was trying to get us to get a lot more work done than what was asked. They basically did not do anything that would have fixed the leak in the nozzle. They made it to where we could not use the shower anymore.

He was in my house within the hour after I called. The man who did the work, when he was done, noticed the light over my sink didn't work, but before I could even say anything he went out and bought all new halogen lightbulbs, it still didn't work but he hired an electrician to fix the problem and he was going to pay for it himself, but in the end I did not allow him and I payed. That was really above and beyond. Needless to say his plumbing work was great! He actually brought his own doormat and was very clean.

We have been very satisfied with their services each time that we've used them. The workers were young people who knew what they were doing, and we haven't had any trouble with what they have fixed. They were very pleasant and polite as well.

I hate to say it, but it feels like a scam. First, they charge $39 just to show up, then the charge is $199 per drain, but only if they can unclog it. The sink went smoothly, but Justin said that the 90 degree turns in the tub pipes prevented his tool from getting enough power to clear the clog. He had three options for me: 1. (not recommended) $849 to remove some of the pipe and clear the clog, but it would only be temporary. 2. (recommended) $2500 to go in through the ceiling and put in a new drainage system for the tub. 3. (highly recommended) $5500 to tear up the bathroom tile and put in a new system for sink and tub. I chose 4. call another plumber. Sam Wexler Plumbing came the next day, cleared the bathtub clog in less than an hour, and charged only $149 with no charge to show up. We've lived here for 5 years and never had a clog problem before, so Justin's claim that it will happen again seems pretty minor if it's going to cost $149 every five years. (Or $213 with Precision.)

Be aware of the pricing policy. They have set pricing for certain things.

Derrick was prompt with an estimate. He was also prompt when the work was done. The work was beautifully done exactly as we had discussed and he also changed the position of the shut-off valve at my recommendation. They removed all the old debris and cleaned the work area. Derrick and his assistant were thorough and professional.

They couldn't come the same day, but were able to send someone the next day. He said the pump needed to be replaced. So far so good, but...the quote was ridiculous: three options (1) lifetime warranty $2,600, (2) 10 yr warranty 1,500, and (3) 2 yr warranty 950. I know a scam when I see one so I told him I'd get back to them on whether we wanted them to replace it. They try to scare you with the high $2,600 price so that when you hear $950 you think that's not so bad. However, I called another plumber who quoted me $700 and when I got the bill it was for less than $650. PPP was easy to deal with and talk a good game, but I couldn't help but feel like they were trying to rip me off. I guess they rate so highly on the List because it's tough to price shop plumbing services so most people don't do it. If something's leaking in your house, you need to get it fixed. These guys take advantage of that urgency to over charge you.

Was an emergency situation. Actual person answered the phone. Technician came within time frame quoted. Polite and efficient. Offered options.

They were fast about getting me fit into their schedule to get the job finished. I also liked that they wore uniforms. They had everything with them in their truck and their were no surprises.

It was fine overall. The toilet was fixed, but not after the first attempt. The leak moved from the side to the front. The plumber (the same guy) came back and tried again. After two more attempts (at no extra charge), it finally seems fixed. He also noticed that it wasnt draining properly and suggested we clean out our pipes and install a fixture to bring the pipes up to code and allow for easy drainage. That process was a bit pricier then we wanted, but it seems to have helped out quite a bit.

The toilet started running off and on the day before and was constantly by this time I started calling plumbers. This company came within hours. Assessed problem quickly. Had parts in van.

I emailed Precision Plus for service of a leaking tub faucet and to check my boiler and radiators before winter. I received a phone call within 48 hours to set up service. I was given a 2 hour window for when to expect the plumber. He came within the 2 hour time frame. He inspected the tub first and found that there were no shut off valves to the tub. He explained in detail the necessary repairs and gave me 4 options for the faucet repair, including the option of installing shut off valves to the tub. He made sure I understood what he would be doing and the reason for the differences in price between the 4 options. The plumbing repairs alone cost $946. The boiler and radiator maintenance was $89. The whole experience took about 2-2.5 hours. He was very thorough and made sure everything was clean before he left.

Derek gave the estimate and pressured me to have him do the job the same day, saying they always give the estimate the same day they do the job. I needed it done so gave in. He worked skillfully, informed me of various steps and addressed my concerns. And he cleaned up when finished. He surprised me by doing extra things I hadnt even asked about like putting bleach tablets in each toilet tank and a lint trap on the washing machine drain. He even offered to drive the old sink to my car park so I could take it to Goodwill! And he gave me a senior discount, but the price still seemed high to me.

They did an excellent job! Very professional, showed up on time, and were very clean. Always covered over their shoes before walking on my carpets. I would definitely use them again.

Dreadful, way over priced. Pulled an old vanity out and then decided they couldnt use the new vanity (rather than checking it first) and left me with no vanity or sink. Charged $500 to install a $75.00 faucet - unbelievable rip off. People on the job are pleasant enough. I have concerns about the elderly, etc. getting ripped off. They charge more than an orthopedic surgeon! I paid the quote and now they want $500 more!! Ill probably take them to court.

The plumber was very courteous. He arrived during the two hour time frame that was given and let me know the problem with the kitchen drain and what needed to be fixed/replaced. He gave me an estimate and was able to complete the work that same day.

Very professional. Most professional I've seen. Had all prices, put foot covers on while working. They were excellent. Done in 1 day.

They were very quick as the job took only about 20 minutes. I did not have any problem with the work they did thereafter.

These people are very professional and yet also very personal and friendly. I have nothing bad to say. This was a very good experience.

They did a very good job clearing up the back up issue. Everyone was willing to put extra effort to get the problem resolved and knew what was needed to take care of the problem. They also followed up twice just to make sure everything was working okay.

I found Precision Plus to be timely and personable. The problem was fixed promptly and the man even came right on time.
