Edgar and his crew got the job done supper fast and efficient! They were very professional, walked us threw everything they were doing and always made sure to ask how we liked it so far and if we had any questions or concerns. The crew workers were really friendly and they made sure to clean up after themselves really good after each day to make sure my dog didn't get hurt on a nail or a sharp peace of material which I truly appreciate. Overall very satisfied with the work. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

Home Genius just replaced my roof and the crew was excellent. They worked fast and were very clean, completing the project in a timely manner.

After getting about half a dozen quotes, we ultimately decided to go with Home Genius Exteriors. They were the most expensive of all the options, but we chose them because we knew exactly what we wanted, and they clearly understood our requirements. The process began with Lois, who was extremely helpful with all the initial paperwork. Then Alyssa took over and was consistently in touch with us—updating us on the schedule and rescheduling as needed due to weather delays. On install day, the crew showed up bright and early at 7 AM—just as promised. They got started right away. All materials and the dumpster had already been delivered days in advance, so there were no delays. They quickly set up tarps around the house and began removing the old shingles and boards—we opted for a full deck replacement. Joe, the project manager, stayed in contact via phone and text, letting me know he’d be arriving a bit later. That wasn’t an issue at all because his foreman, Ivan, had everything.

Great job- fast, efficient, and courageous. They completed the job in one day, replacing all windows in a large two-story home. The crew arrived on schedule and worked until the job was done.

The sales rep, Alex, met with us initially for three hours, answering all our (many) questions, going over the business’s background, and showing us the sample window. The installation was scheduled in a few weeks, with good communication as to when the team would arrive. The installation team was on time, and knocked the job out in one day, though initially it was scheduled for two. The installers were professional and courteous and were careful not to track dirt onto our new carpet. They cleaned up everything outside, leaving no evidence they’d even been here. The windows look very nice and seem to be working well. The project manager stopped by to look at the one window we had a concern about and answered all our questions. I would heartily recommend Home Genius for window installation.

Everyone from the Sales Rep (Cody) to the Roofers to the Project Manager (Dakota) were very friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. They were respectful of our time and property. Hopefully we don’t have future needs (which we will) but if we do we know who to call!!

Customer service was amazing and it started with Cody, continued with the crew and finished with Dakota, the project manager. The transparency was refreshing and appreciated. We were informed of when the work was taking place and how long the project would take. The crew and final walk around left the surrounding area clear of debris and hazards.
