I just had my roof finished by Home Genius Exteriors. Ian my Project Manager did an excellent job staying in communication and keeping me well informed every step of the way. The roof looks perfect and we are happy with our choice of going with Home Genius.

Everyone from the Sales Rep (Cody) to the Roofers to the Project Manager (Dakota) were very friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. They were respectful of our time and property. Hopefully we don’t have future needs (which we will) but if we do we know who to call!!

Customer service was amazing and it started with Cody, continued with the crew and finished with Dakota, the project manager. The transparency was refreshing and appreciated. We were informed of when the work was taking place and how long the project would take. The crew and final walk around left the surrounding area clear of debris and hazards. If you are considering getting work done on your house I would recommend using Home Genius!

May 8th, 2025: I am not a week off of a new roof big thanks to HG and I am still in awe of what was accomplished in two days! My roof was over 20 years old. However, underneath was left with more age covered-up over almost half of it. (Shame to whoever did that) From the initial consultation with Luis, to the QIM via Kyle, the awesome PM with Ian, and the amazing work crew, I am more than pleased: Professionalism, upfront detail, honest adjustment evaluations, and overall scope of work and clean-up. No one wants another debt, but when one is needed, a home owners hope is that it get's it done right and fairly. Ps, gutters and facia was also a part of this. Happily satisfied customer here!

Everything I needed I got no questions Cody our sales rep was phenomenal. He made it very easy and explained everything to where beyond a doubt. I was happy with what I was getting.

Got a new roof from Home Genius Exteriors! The roof looks great, the crew was very efficient, prompt and cleaned up after the install! We would highly recommend them if u need a new roof! The majority of the work was very nice. Had a couple of issues with the final work. The project manager, Ian Kotarski , step in and resolve all issues almost immediately, with a professional and caring way. Mr Kotarski will b the reason I will consider Home Genius for my future home improvement.
