Above All Carpet and AirDuct Cleaning

Service was excellent and I would recommend this company 'Above All' others...just had to say it. Joe was a very professional and down to earth person who knows what he is doing and then some.

Air Duct Cleaning. I cleaned up after them. They did offer vacuum the carpet after I started. I had to wipe the walls off around the vents they cleaned and wipe the bathroom floors. I did watch a little and look into two vents before cleaning. They should of shown me the vents afterwards. They also had to plug into the house AC and use water. They do not give you quote over the phone, which is ok. So the owner came out with a 2nd person to do a quote and do the job if you are ok with the prices. I already had an estimate from another company and Above All was a little less, plus they where here and I wanted to get them cleaned and did not want to have schedule someone for another time.

They came on time, washed the carpets I told them and others I didn’t as a courtesy. I highly recommed them.

Joe B. Was very personable and professional. He took time to explain the process and even pointed out possible safety concerns when dealing with the furnace and vents. He did not try to sell me on anything and made me feel like he was there for my best interest.

They went above and beyond simply carpet cleaning. After moving furniture back in place they also plugged every thing back in, they also set my clocks.

He was very polite and friendly. Explained whole process thoroughly and well. He was efficient. He notified me of his ETA and was prompt with that. Job was done very well, thoroughly and quickly. Would very highly recommend this company!!!!!

Very professional and hard working. No nonsense. Explained all in detail, answered any questions, Went to work, quiet as mice, and just performed the air duct cleaning, intake and registers. Very pleased.

Be sure to check every room they work in before they leave. There were a few minor things that should have been completed. Also, I think their prices are too high for what you get.

Professional and worked very hard, particularly on several dirty areas. Results were very good overall. Team went above and beyond to clean a very dirty ceiling fan so no dirt would fall on the newly-cleaned carpet. Quality is rated a 4 because my baseboards were scuffed in several areas because the workers were in a hurry and didn't use corner protectors late in the day. Hoses dragged around the corners caused the baseboard paint to be rubbed off. Also the wallboard near one air-return vent was slightly damaged (a 4 inch cut in the wallboard) due to going too fast. These problems weren't bad enough to keep me from using them again. I just wish they had slowed down a bit. I believe that would have prevented the minor quality problems. Overall, the multi-step cleaning process produced like-new carpets throughout the house.

The representatives of Above All Air Duct Cleaning were on time and did a thorough and professional job. I will most likely hire them to also clean my sofas and rugs.

The men spent about four hours cleaning the heating and air conditioning vents in the house, they did a through job. Very courteous. The system was never this clean. Great job.

There was a communication issue when scheduling. This placed them very late for our appoinement. I was, however, happy with their accommodations to my schedule and completed job.

Nice folks...great service!

We have 33 vents in our home. The cleaning took about 4 hours, and we opted for a fungicide/dander treatment inside the vents as well which added a little time. They also cleaned out my dryer vent, which was well overdue. Joe and Steve were prompt, courteous, friendly, really know their job and did a very good job. I'll be bringing them back to clean our carpets in the spring. The overall cost was more than I'd expected but not out of line for the job.

I had a few dog "issues" and the products used as well as the service was wonderful. They were so easy to work with, their pricing was extremely fair, and my carpets have never been cleaner! No question, I would hire them again
