Best service! Above All cleaned rugs, upholstery at my daughters college house at Pitt. She was bit tardy, they were patient. They were fair and clear on what should be cleaned and why. They went above and beyond to be helpful. Crazy good guys!

The services from Above All were incredible. Their customer service was great, they responded quickly, were able to fit an appointment in promptly, and were not late. The workers were extremely friendly and genuinely wanted to give us the best value and worked with us to find exactly what it was we needed done. Very great service, I would recommend them to anyone in the Pittsburgh area.

The quote I received was accurate and fair. There was no bait and switch process. Scheduling with this provider was easy. They were on time and did a great job. Purchased two old tapestry chairs that needed to be cleaned and had a musty odor. Chairs now look beautiful and the odor is gone! I appreciated also how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment and the professional care the chairs received. They look like new. Thank you for wonderful service.

The job started off good. Had a little issue with the finished job after it dried. Called and Joe said no problem, he would call me and set up a time to come back. Never heard from him again.

I was quoted a price over the phone. When they arrived they insisted on adding a sanitizer that increased the price by 40%.

The gentlemen I had today were in one word “Awesome”. Exceeded my expectations and I’m not easily won over. Prompt, courteous and explained everything. It’s great to find a company that does exactly what they say they will do and do it exceedingly well. I will hire them for future projects and recommend their services to friends. They arrived in a timely manner, and worked quickly.

They messed up my register vent in the Family Room that was in the ceiling. It is not put back right... tried to drill another screw to hold it up... sloppy job. Cleaning the duct work and dryer vent went well.

These guys are the most professional I have met in a long time. They explained what they were doing each step and when things took a little longer, they were more than apologetic - but explained why as well. I would hire again and recommend to anyone to utilize! They will be back to do my carpets as well.
