The phone rep (Angel) was terrific and professional. The cleaning visit left some things to be desired though. The workers left a mess behind--dirty fingerprints, dirt, and grime underneath and alongside the vents they cleaned, muddy/dirty water on the front porch, etc. They gave a hard sell to convince me to upgrade the cleaning services--bacterial treatment, allergen treatment, etc. They did not wear booties in the house or remove their shoes either--just tracked in dirt from outside all over our floors and carpets. The team did NOT have cameras to inspect the ductwork before and after the job or demonstrate its effectiveness. They used a WATER SPRAY to clean, which I had never heard of before--was expecting brushes and negative pressure/vacuums. I am not crazy about the idea of spraying water inside of my walls, ductwork, etc. and the EPA does not recommend it. The workers said that the ducts will take a few days to dry out. They charged me extra to clean out a couple of HVAC trunks in the house because they were not accessible directly from the vents--then when I asked how they accessed the trunks, they told me that they were able to reach them from the vents after all. Since they do not use cameras, I have no idea if they were actually cleaned, or how they were able to ascertain one way or the other if they reached them, or if they were successful in cleaning them. The price quoted over the phone was very reasonable. When they visited in person though, the up-charges put them right in line with competitors--double cold air returns, HVAC trunks, etc. In hindsight, I would have rather used a more professional and cleaner crew and spent another hundred bucks.

Joe and his crew were top notch from the initial phone call to the last vent replaced after the cleaning. If you need this type of service done within your home, I highly recommend these professionals. Will use again

Everything went smoothly and quickly. The only thing that was a little concerning was that there was a lingering cigarette smell and one of our vents was left kind of loose. Other than that everything went well. They cleaned our ducts and with no issues.

Air duct cleaning What a fabulous job! Took there time and very carefull throughout the house on new paint and carpet! What great people to have in your home!

Cleaned heating and cooling vents (did not install) The price was excellent. My house is 38 years old and the vents had never been cleaned. They also did my 2 bathroom fans. They were here within 3 working days of my call to schedule. Joe quoted me a special price on the phone. While he wrote his price on day of service. I reminded Joe of his phone quote, and he quickly met that price. I did not have to clean up much at all and they did NOT bring machines into my house, just hoses. There was one scratch on a bedroom dresser, but it cleaned up with wax and furniture stain ( canâ  t see it at all). Joe presented me the various add on services ( mold, insects..,) but did not insist and even recommended not doing one option. I believe I got the best of services for the best of prices.

DUCT AND VENT C,EANING. The owner, Joe, and his helper arrived on time for this duct cleaning job. They explained everything in great detail and gave me a written cost breakdown before starting work. It appeared that my 40 year old home had never had the ducts cleaned, so needless to say, once they were done, there was much better air flow. I asked Joe if this is something that should be done annually, and he advised every three years. I will definitely be having them come back on a regular basis. Iâ ve scheduled them to come and clean my carpet and upholstery.

Duct work was cleaned and sanitized as requested. They were very friendly and professional.
