Above All Carpet and AirDuct Cleaning

Phenomenal service; Joe was upfront about each and every step he made during the Cleaning process and I wasn’t even home! He called me to keep me updated and even provided extra services at no cost because he had noticed them after providing me with a quote. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats and my upstairs (area with carpets cleaned) smelt more neutral than when it was first installed. Extremely impressed with not only the quality of the service but with Joe and his integrity. I will most definitely be hiring them again for Cleaning and other services!!

This company did a fantastic job and my dirty, pet stained carpet looks brand new. Their cleaning substance is green, not chemicals, and is safe for pets. They use water, but not too much so carpet dries in about 3 hrs (for thick carpet). They vacuum for you, move all the furniture, clean your baseboards, run a blower to dry your carpet, and much more. They cleaned my couches and pillows and they all look new again. Worth every penny!

They didn't take care to ensure that the fumes from their machine got into my house and my carbon monoxide detector went off and I was getting sick. They were very defensive about it at first and while they did give me a discount at the end, I still do not think they seem to get the seriousness of that mistake.

I am very happy that I went with Above All! I have used many different companies in the past but this experience by far exceeded them all. When I called to make the appointment the process was explained in detail. When the owner and another employee arrived the explained again exactly what would happen. They moved more furniture than other companies have to ensure as much of the carpets (4 rooms in total) were cleaned. They even cleaned the baseboards. My carpets look like new again. Highly recommend and will be using them in the future upholstery and air duct cleaning as well.

Joe & helper Steve did a fantastic job & I would hire him again...and certainly refer him to family & friends. They were punctual & professional. My carpets look so much better than any time i had them professionly cleaned. I was so happy with the job they did. He also cleaned my off white living room furniture...now it's almost white!!

My fiance and I just purchased our new home and the carpets were nice, but smelled like a dog! It also had a multitude of stains. Joe came to our rescue and did an amazing job cleaning and sanitizing our carpets. The stains are gone and the carpet smells so fresh! Our baseboards were also thoroughly cleaned. Joe does a great job and I'd definitely use his company again!

I had gave them specific instructions to not do certain registers. They still did them and charged me for it.

Joe came out to help us with a bird situation in our venting. It got a little more complex than originally thought with the motor being in the way coming out the rear of the kitchen vent area, though he brought in a another professional to ensure the job was completed on all fronts. Very responsive and caring.

Joe did a great job; seems knowledgeable in his field. His assistant got a little testy but for the most part it went fine.

I can't say enough about these guys! I hated my carpets and thought they were shot. I was ready to rip them out but thought I'd try a good cleaning to buy some time. I've had the carpets cleaned professionally before and honestly never saw that big a difference. Joe and Steve came and got stains and marks out that had been there for years (through the other cleanings.) I have kids and pets, so my carpets see a lot of action. Not only are they just really nice people to have in your home, but they work like crazy! It didn't cost any more than the national chain I've had clean them a few times, but what a difference! Joe's a good guy and you never feel shamed for not having your carpets cleaned more often or pressured into buying additional services. Their 12-step system is not just marketing--it's real and it works! They vacuumed and moved the furniture and everything. I will never call anyone else to clean my carpets. I'm thinking of having them do the air ducts next. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you, Joe and Steve! I don't hate my carpets anymore!

Very professional, ethical crew, and they did above what I expected. No other company that I researched, does a 12 step carpet cleaning process. Joe moved more furniture than I did as the owner so to clean more carpeted areas. I also got all my living room furniture and air ducts cleaned and we were very satisfied with these services as well. I will hire this company again and would recommend to others.

Work was done well, but overpriced.

Above All is the best! I was opening my storefront and needed a quick turnaround on cleaning the laminate flooring. Joe was prompt, professional and did a great job! I plan to hire them for my air duct cleaning in the future.

Joe and Steve were incredible! From our first phone conversation to the goodbye after they were done cleaning, they were professional, polite AND went out of their way to accommodate me and my crazy morning! I asked them to go out their usual order of cleaning so my family room carpet would be done first. I also had to leave my house before they were completely done which meant having them move their truck out of my driveway. They were very patient and polite about it even though I know I was a real pain in the butt! Also, they removed a spot (from wax dripping off a candle) that had been there for a year and other cleaners were not able to remove!! The steps they take to clean carpets is above what all other cleaners do (cleaning the baseboards!) AND they do not push up selling on you which was a relief. I know this review is redundant of all the others but it is because THEY ARE THE REAL DEAL!
