Busy schedule; took a little time to get me into it. Equipped with all the tools needed, Did an excellent job of installing wire shelves in a walk-in closet. Planning to replace 35-year-old doors in a condo and plan to ask Kevin to do that.

I had Kevin install a laminate floor in 2 small rooms, fix a leaky toilet, repair water damage on two ceilings, and install ceiling tiles. He also provided a good plumber to do the pipe work on a new vanity sink and toilet, and replace broken hoses on the washer and fix a leaky pipe upstairs.

Kevin power washed, repaired, repainted and installed lattice on my decks. He repaired my fence and stripped vines from a tree in order to save it. He was courteous, prompt and delivered great service. I would definitely hire him again and would recommend him.

Kevin did a wonderful job on a difficult project. He repaired walls, steps and concrete in the inside stairwell to the basement. He was very professional, communicated very well, worked as quietly as possible, and cleaned up the work area at the end of every day. I would highly recommend KK Innovative Designs to anyone.

Kevin was quick to respond and to come out to do the various jobs we had. He also was quick to recommend a specialist for a job he felt he wasn't qualified to do, ie combining individual air and heat manual thermostats to one digital unit. Wish we had some painting for him to do, his work is incredible. Highly recommendable

I had Kevin install a sink, faucet, light fixtures, repair drywall. All of the work was great except the sink, he left and it was pulling away from the wall. I called him and stated I wasn't happy and he did come back and fix it.
