Called them for some junk removal over the phone. The provider took my information, told me when they would be available. We agreed upon a time then the day of, no one shows up or calls. Don't waste your time trying to call these guys. Plenty of good junk haulers out there to choose from!

They were punctual, exactly 2 minutes early. Very professional, respectful and courteous. Removed items quickly and left no debris behind.

They had to completely dismantle a large sofa bed in order to remove it from the third floor of a small Trinity with narrow winding staircase. They were efficient, intelligent (the sofa presented some unusual challenges such as stripped screws and bent mechanism) and extremely careful to protect the floors and walls. They scheduled the pickup according to my needs and came on time. I would definitely use them again.

Harold and his crew were great. They were professional, quick, and did an excellent job. I hired them two weeks later to do another hauling job and they repeated their excellent work. Will use again.

Crew called when they arrived within quoted time window and proceeded to remove deck wood and pile of dirt and rocks as discussed. They were professional and made sure job was completed to my satisfaction.

Harold quickly responded to our request for a cost estimated and then promptly came with a crew when promised to do the job. They were very professional, efficient and friendly. They made what was a difficult job a much better experience than we expected. We would highly recommend their services.

Harold and crew provide a great service to their customers with quality service at a reasonable price. Harold showed up with his crew for a garage clean out of old building materials and wood scraps within a few hours of calling for a pickup. There are not alot of hauling companies that provide same day service especially on weekends. Harold and crew were punctual, friendly, and had everything packed up in less than hour. I plan on using Takaway for all future cleanouts and pickups.

I've used this company twice and they do a great job. Four men arrived on time with a large truck. I told them the items I wanted removed and they were in a out quickly. I did not bag anything and just threw items large and small in a pile in various rooms and bagged everything and removed it. I like this company, because they are very flexible and cognizant of not damaging your house. The biggest complement, is that I've have used their services again.

We had a large house that needed to be cleaned out in order to prepare for new tenants. The previous occupants had made a large mess of the place and left quite a bit behind. Takeaway was generally very responsive. They were quick to pick up the phone or call you back right away if they couldn't. They were quick to come out an give me an estimate and quick when I gave them a go ahead on the job. I don't believe this is a large company and so I dealt directly with the owner Harold at all times. When I first met him, He seemed easy to get along with, somebody who does what he say he's going to do, honest and hardworking. This pretty much turned out to be true. They arrived to do the job first thing in the day when they said they would. Worked all day and finished up around 8:00pm. Everything was done as they said it would be. The original quote was for about 12 cubic yards, but I had to add in a number of items that weren't figured on in the beginning. This brought the total up considerably. It's always risky to change the requirements without getting the job re-quoted as you could easily get gouged when you get the final bill. This wasn't the case fortunately. Harold had given me a reasonable price to begin with and he gave me a reasonable price after adjustments. I was very happy with the job they did and would certainly recommend them.

They were a bit late on arrival as they had some trouble finding my home. However, once they arrived they were efficient, careful, very helpful and kind. I was a nervous wreck as I had been working with movers all day. These guys were great! I highly recommend them for residential trash removal services. They were all over my home and left no scratches or dirt anywhere!!

I called and scheduled and they arrived right on time. They got right to work. Very cordial and nice guys. Piled everything in their truck and were done in under an hour. Accidentally I had them throw out my temple diploma. They came back 20 minutes later and said I think you need this. Again great local hauler. If you need a cleanout I highly recommend them.
