Don Isaacson was very knowledgable and professional and I intend to have him do some remodeling soon.

Arrived as scheduled. Took info and asked good questions. Informed us that plans would take 3-4 wks. After waiting that long w/no further contact, we have left two voice messages so far and heard nothing back. Hoping that posting this negative review might prompt a phone call back. We actually appreciated his knowledge and questions/suggestions. However we've heard nothing yet regarding the plan nor have we received any return calls. Disappointed at this time. After posting the above review, we were very quickly contacted by Revive Remodeling. They had written our phone number down incorrectly. They came to our house and reviewed the computer generated drawings. Then they took our requested revisions, updated the drawings and e-mailed the new ones to us. The drawings are helpful to some extent. Just not what we had expected. We already own a computer drawing program and had thought that their drawings would be better than what we could produce. However they weren't. Still appreciated their input and suggestions regarding some options we hadn't considered.

Don was EXCELLENT. Very professional, new what he was doing. Made excellent suggestions, Asked about things we didn't even think of. Just a Great experience during the initial visit...can't wait to see the drawings.

We had purchased a big deal. They finished up with us a couple of days ago and I was happy with him. He left drawings and that was good.

Don was prompt and professional. The drawings he created for our master bath remodel are great. It was very helpful for me to be able to see the virtual remodel on his lap-top. Don had great advice for the process of hiring a contractor to implement the design. If Don were licensed in Washington I would be asking him to bid on the job.

This was an Angie's List "Big Deal" which I purchased to get drawings for a remodel of my master bath. Two designers came out promptly, took careful measurements, took photos and listened carefully to my ideas. The result was several pages of design drawings, both in color and greyscale, showing the bathroom from different perspectives. There was no pressure to hire Revive to do the remodel, which I appreciated almost as much as the drawings themselves. All the way through there was professionalism and respect.

I didn't go with them, mainly because I hadn't met them. Their price was very reasonable (only $30 more than the lowest I received) The contractor I ended up going with had made an appointment to meet with me and talk about the job on-site, so I felt I had a little more connection with him. They were prompt about returning my call within business hours and they made the effort to call me again when I hadn't returned their call by the next day.

The cost was 5000 $ They did a great job. They were responsive. We were very happy with them.

We had a wonderful experience working with Revive and couldn't be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend them! We purchased our house in Oregon while still living on the East Coast and hired Don and his team at Revive to take on this project based on a recommendation from our realtor. It was not an easy project to take on as a great deal of our communications were long distance and we were not here to make a lot of the decisions in person. Don and his wife Laurie were so helpful in working with us and communicating with us on a regular basis as to the status of the project and what decisions needed to be made. The work began at the beginning of June and our plan was to have it completed by mid-August while the house was unoccupied over the summer. Don and Laurie were very diligent in trying to stick with this deadline and constantly communicating with us as to the current status of the various parts of the renovation. Once the work was completed it was like moving into a brand new house! Don worked with us to help design our gorgeous kitchen with custom cabinetry, an extended island and all new appliances. In the adjoining family room area we tore up the old carpeting and designed a custom surround with built-ins to cover an existing brick fireplace which was a focal point of the room. We also replaced carpeting with hardwood flooring in the formal living room, study and upstairs hallway. The project also included completely remodeling 4 bathrooms (the master bedroom, two additional full baths and a powder room). The master bath involved moving the existing shower and there were also renovations made in the other two baths, including the addition of linen closets. Probably the most daunting part of the project was our decision to have all of the walls in the house smoothcoated and painted (they were previously textured) and new paint on all of the interior windows and trim. Despite the amount of manpower and effort this required Revive got it done and it turned out beautifully. We can't say enough about the level of professionalism Don and his team exhibited.

Revive did an excellent job. They came when they said they would, worked without stopping except for lunch breaks and were great to work with. Don was on top of the project from start to end. It was a huge job to remove all that dirt as it had to be hand carried down multiple steps. The finished deck is beautiful and looks even better than what I had hoped for. This company obviously takes great pride in what they do and they do it well. The crew is nice and felt like family at the end of the four days it took to complete this job. Don was very honest about cost and everything was detailed out on the estimate. The project went over the estimate but it was easy to see why. I am very pleased with the end result of this job and will certainly hire Revive for any future projects.

Remodels are always an inconvenience and stressful. Don and his crew applied great attention to detail and brought up things we didn't think of which improved the outcome. Don refused to take any shortcuts. They were very sensitive to the customers need for cleanliness and order. They cleaned up every day. The project took 3 months to complete and there were few delays. In the background, Laurie handled the bids in a very thorough and accurate manner keeping the project on track to the satisfaction of the customer. Overall our experience was good and we would highly recommend Revive to anyone considering a remodeling project.

After purchasing our home a year ago we quickly and unfortunately realized that we had had a less then adequate home inspection. As soon as the fall rain started our sunroom started leaking, upon further inspection the room that was built by the previous homeowner, had not only put the roof on wrong but the foundation was rotting out and the electrical was a literal fire hazard. The only thing that could be done was tear the whole thing down. That is when we met Don with Revive LLC. Don removed the sunroom quickly and cleanly and saw to every detail of giving us a safe and secure home. Seeing such quality work we extended the job to replacing a window. This summer when the weather improved we called upon Revive again to replace some of the siding on our house and paint the exterior. We again were impressed by the attention to detail and quality of workmanship, not to mention the daily communication along the way. We can now sleep soundly at night knowing my house is not only weathertight and safe, but it is also gorgeous!

Working with ReviveRemodel was great. I had some goals in mind but was not sure how to achieve them.They offered good suggestions and steered me away from mistakes; and came up with creative solutions to meet my design goals while keeping costs in check. Don really went the extra mile to be sure our home was usable during the remodel and that the finished project more than met our needs. He kept a close eye on the project and handled the unexpected obstacles that inevitably arise so quickly that it was a pretty stress-free experience for me. The price was reasonable and the work quality excellent.
