The Revive group was wonderful to work with and I will work with them again!

The folks at Revive recommended another company to do a cosmetic patch without addressing the source of the problem. When I pointed this out they said they would contact me to discuss the repairs further, but never did. Not very confidence inspiring.

It took approximately 3 months from initial concept to move in ready. Work was done to my (and my wife's) complete satisfaction. This includes not just the work, but the cleanup afterwards and the personal response to my question, concerns, and input during the process. In answer to the question would I use again is yes. In fact this is the second time we have used their services. The first was a complete remodel of the kitchen , living room and main bath and additionally included a 350 SQ addition on the rear off the house. Again totally satisfied, which is why we re-hired them to do the bed and bath.

Communication was great from start to finish. Workers arrived early in the morning and cleaned up the mess daily. When I made suggestions they accommodated me. All 3 rooms as well as the sliding door work/look fabulous. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

In a nutshell: Don and his crew at Revive were professional, punctual, communicative and made the process of our first ever remodel as stress-free as possible. Now some highlights: * Don helped us through the initial design and layout process with out being pushy in any way. * He was very patient with any changes that we made. * He came regularly to see first hand how things were coming along. * He addressed any concerns or questions we had promptly and never had a "wow, that was a stupid question" or "you just don't know how the process works" or "I'm the boss, you should trust me" type of attitude. Don is honestly one of the nicest, most patient, cheerful guys (who also knows his stuff) that you'd ever want to be in charge of tearing your kitchen apart to put it back together again! * His wife, Laurie who is in charge of invoicing and scheduling, did an excellent job of communicating any invoice changes and payment due dates. * His crew members were always on time, hard-working, cleaned up at the end of the day, communicated with us as the process went along and stayed on schedule. The demo of our kitchen/family room occurred during the Jan. 2017 snow storm and they only cancelled one day and even asked to make up for it that Saturday. Every other day that week, they worked full days, struggling to get their vans out of our driveway and culdesac at the end of the day. One day, Don even showed up with a show shovel to clear our walkway and driveway for them. WOW! * Every sub contractor hired by Revive was skilled at their particular craft and punctual. * We had some issues with our cabinets (not Revive's fault) and Don truly went above and beyond to make sure every mistake was corrected to our satisfaction. He was very patient with our frustration and validated every concern. Looking back, we really feel that he wasn't going to get a good night sleep until we were happy. After this experience, we would never consider using any company other that Revive Remodeling LLC for any future projects. We really cannot say enough good things about them......especially after hearing horror stories from some of our friends. You don't want to use just anyone to dismantle and reconstruct the home you have worked so hard to purchase and maintain!

Planning: Don and Laurie (married couple) are the owners of Revive. Don is the contractor and Laurie does the billing and office work. Don came to our house to give us an estimate and spent an hour talking to us and I immediately liked him. A few days later he had designed our kitchen out on the computer and showed us a graphic design. He had great ideas regarding the design and is very talented at knowing what will work. We got several estimates but he was the only one who designed it for us and gave us a visual with our estimate. He also had an appreciation for our home and maintaining it's character since it is a bungalow built in 1912. You can tell by his enthusiasm that he loves his job. Since his company does the design part we did not have to hire a separate designer or architect. I felt this really simplified the process for us tremendously. Construction: This was our first remodel so we don't have anyone to compare Revive to. However, Don is a very honest, trustworthy guy. He pays attention to detail and ensures that everyone he works with does it right. Of course there were bumps along the way like any remodel project (our cabinet company really botched up our semi-custom cabinets) but Don handled it all very well and in the end everything is perfect. He made the cabinet company come out several times until he felt it was perfect. He didn't let up! I felt very comfortable throughout the project because I knew Don would make it right. He doesn't cut corners for sure and he demands the same from his workers and sub-contractors. Communication: I felt I could text, call, and/or email Don personally at anytime and would get a response immediately. Laurie, as well, promptly replied to any emails or calls. Being a female-female couple, My wife and I appreciated the fact that we always felt comfortable with Don, his workers, and sub-contractors in our house with us and our 2 old dogs. No one ever creeped us out! Billing/cost: Laurie handles the billing and change orders and she was always very clear and honest. Laurie would promptly email a "change order" with any changes made to our original plan/contract with a description and cost. Nothing was ever done without our understanding and approval. I went through it all again at the end of the project and it was all correct. Revive is definitely not the cheapest company out there but we weren't looking for the cheapest. We wanted a custom kitchen that would maintain the character of our house. Revive did that. Integrity: A+++ for integrity. Our faucet that we bought on amazon lost water pressure a few weeks after the remodel was done. I called Don and he came out to take a look about 4-5 days later (he was out of town). He couldn't figure out what was going on and had the plumber come out a few days later to check it. Turned out to be a faulty faucet that we have to replace. We appreciated both Don and the plumber coming by (at no extra cost) to take a look.

Awful. Don appears to be a really nice guy and very competent contractor, however, once he came out and gave me his estimate, i tried for months and months to get assistance and to get scheduled to have the work done. I had selected all of the elements needed for these remodel jobs, but was constantly waiting for costs from suppliers, costs from subcontractors, etc. I finally gave up after starting early last spring and some six months later I still have not been contracted or scheduled. I was able to get contracted and scheduled for the countertop job through another company in three days and $1000 under Revive's bid! I believe that Revive Remodeling is currently overbooked. My experience with them was very unsatisfactory and I can not and would not refer anyone to them after wasting my time with them for six months.

But there again, he said he was a contractor and he would get back to me. I said, well you've got all this information now and you've got the information about materials, how about you submit a bid and he never did. I honestly thought that that whole thing was a little bit overpriced knowing that that computer generated stuff is really easy to do. It is basically kind of a point and click thing. For what I got I thought it was a little expensive. This was the bathroom. It didn't give me anymore information than I had already figured out on my own. It was shortly after that, I remember it was still summer. He made up the design that I stipulated to him. I had already drawn up some things. He really just followed what I had told him.

They did a great job. They did a beautiful blending to redo my kitchen. He was very thorough and did some beautiful rendering. He was very timely and very nice to work with. I will use him again.

. What impressed her the most was that his cellphone rang the hole time he was there and he never took any calls.

I don't usually have the time to write reviews on contractors, but I'm going to make an exception because I want to share my astonishingly good experience with Revive Remodeling. After months of unsuccessful meetings with contractors who couldn't be bothered to actually complete the estimate or who returned the estimate with an astronomical price tag, I finally had the good luck to contact Don. Don was professional and pleasant to work with from the beginning to the very last touchup. He took his time to understand my project and he returned an estimate that was exactly what I wanted in scope and pricing. His crew was consistently outstanding in every way. Mitch took my mantle ideas, brought them to life, and actually improved on them. The final result truly exceeded my expectations (and I had pretty high expectations). After years of working with a wide variety of contractors from all different areas, I can unequivocally say that Don and his crew are by far the best I've ever worked with. I would use them again in a second, and I've already recommended them to friends.

Don and his crew of two amazingly talented men, Mitch and Derek, did a great job on our remodel. They treated our home with respect and handled every situation professionally. Don told us when to pick out materials, gave us resources that he was familiar with, and it all came together very smoothly. The entire project took about 2 months, and the kitchen is a dream kitchen. The cabinets are absolutely beautiful. Don has high standards for his workers. Edgar was the most amazing painter I have ever met. He was very meticulous. The project came in on budget. We were so impressed with Revive Remodeling that we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. We have recommended him to several friends.

He had great ideas for our remodel. Was very personable. We were looking forward to working with him. We were told it would take 1 1/2 - 2 weeks to get back to us with a bid and drawings. He said it would probably be more around 1 1/2 weeks. We had not heard from him after 3 weeks so we contacted him on a Monday to see what the status was. He said, "We've had a huge demand of business and I am a bit behind in getting my bids out. I have your plans drawn out, it's just a matter of calculating the numbers. Should have something for you by the end of this week. Thanks for your patience." It has now been another 2 weeks and we have not heard anything from him. Will not use this company now as how can we trust someone with a big job if he can't even keep you updated on your bid? Very unprofessional to say the least! He wasted our time and his. We could have spent 2 hours with a contractor that would follow through.

The initial appointment well. Don is very personable and we enjoyed hearing his suggestions etc. The reason why we decided to not use him for the future work was he seemed to keep forgetting about us. Missed appointments etc. I did send emails asking about the drawings during this time. I understand he was very busy and probably felt that his actual construction jobs were his priority, which I can understand, but it did worry us about using him in the future. Our first appt. was 8/15 and the second appt. to see the initial renderings was 9/19 and the final renderings were received the last week of October after emailing a couple times asking. Then emailing for the cost estimate in November. I didn't expect it to take approx. 2 1/2 months to get the drawings and the cost estimate was very high. So that's the reason why we wouldn't use him for construction work, although others seem to have successfully and like his work.

Very preliminary...we don't plan to have work done for years. Don was very knowledgeable and personable. We are pleased with drawings and proposal presented, and had a positive experience from start to finish.

Don came over, looked at my kitchen, took measurements and listened, really listened, to my vision for my kitchen. He offered some great ideas and suggestions in addition to my requests. A couple weeks later he came back with full drawings and measurements on paper, which I am able to keep! We went over the drawings, made a few tweaks (additions and deletions). A few weeks after that Don came back with his quote for job. We made a few more changes and his is updating his quote and will return soon. Don has provided a lot of information, including suggesting speaking with other contractors and obtaining other bids. Not at any point have I felt that Don is pressuring me to use his company. He explains the plans in terms I can understand and answers ALL my questions. His insight, expertise, suggestions and professionalism have made what can be overwhelming, an exciting experience. I look forward to starting the demo and creating my wonderful kitchen.

After years of various remodeling projects in several homes we hired Revive Remodeling to finish our laundry room and design and install custom cabinets in our great room. It was our first experience with the Revive team and they are the only remodelers we will use in the future. They are top shelf with quality workmanship, talented team, great design taste and an overall great experience. Even the specialty trades they brought in expressed how much they liked working with the Revive team. Thanks Don and team for a great experience and we will see you again soon!

Don and his crew did an absolute fantastic job on my remodel. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed involving this remodel and the guys did a remarkable job taking care of them all. I was very picky in what I wanted,and they were just as picky. The attention to detail was what I expected and that is exactly what I got, I could not be happier with the work these guys did. If you are looking for a contractor that is friendly, professional, thorough and detail oriented, then Don and his guys at Revive are what you are looking for. I have a couple more projects to do in future and they will be the first call I make.

We chose to work with Don because of his professionalism from the beginning. The day that he first showed up to give us a bid, we actually had another contractor still in our house doing the same. Don was very understanding and patient and let the first contractor finish before coming in. The size of this job was fairly substantial. There was a lot that we wanted to get done but we also had a budget that we wanted to stick to. Don admitted that he wasn?t the cheapest (or the most expensive), but based on other reviews we had read (and pictures of his work), his professionalism and ideas that he brought to the table, we decided to move ahead. We replaced a lot of carpet with either new carpet or with new wood floor that had to blend into the prior wood floors. We restained the wood floor, and the banister to match. We had nearly every surface inside the house (walls and ceilings) repainted. All the doors inside the house were repainted. All wainscoting and trim was repainted. When the trim from the prior owners didn?t match, Don replaced it with matching trim. I thought my attention to the little details was going to drive him crazy, but I was very happy to learn that his attention to detail surpassed mine. In the kitchen, we replaced the countertops, sink and range. He installed a ventilation system from the cooktop that was not there before. We decided to paint the cabinets, but it was something that we decided on late and so that made the timing of the job tight. Don and his crew worked extra-long hours in order to finish the job before we had to move in. And it was not at the expense of quality either. The laundry room required removal of prior cabinets and sink and installation of new ones, with new countertops and new dryer venting. It took more creativity than I?m making it sound, but his guys helped put together a design that came out very nicely and very functional. The bedrooms upstairs needed some miscellaneous work, such as replacing old built-ins with newly constructed ones, fixing some closet-work that the prior owner unsuccessfully ?DIY?ed, ? and installing lights, blinds and fans. I was very pleased that along the way, Don and his crew noticed little things that they felt could or should be addressed. They pointed out things and gave us the opportunity to address them or gave us alternatives. The quality of the work was excellent. The painters did an excellent job and were continuously asking us to look around for any additional touch-ups needed. The floor guys took a lot of pride in their work and also wanted to make sure that we were getting what we wanted. Don?s team was very skilled in making the built-in, fixing the prior ?DIY? jobs to make them professional and in their attention to all the little details. There were, of course, occasions when things didn?t exactly go as planned. This wasn?t Don?s fault, but he stepped up and made it right anyway. He truly wanted us to be happy with the end product. And, I was most pleased with how courteous everybody was from start to finish. Don has a great team and we will use them again when the need arises.

The service turned out well, and we have a meeting with them this evening to discuss more things. We did not pay anything more than the $169 of the big deal , and if we go ahead with them as our contractor, then they will waive that part from the cost. We have worked with them before, and he is a pretty decent guy to work with, and if something is not correct, then he is extremely good with making sure it gets done to our satisfaction.

They did a good job. They made sure it was done to what we wanted. Don the owner was very good about returning calls, and taking care of things. If we weren't satisfied, he made sure it was taken care of. They weren't the lowest priced.

Very personable contractors and staff. Prompt with punctual responses via email or phone. Would recommend them.

He was extremely punctual and offered several design ideas. Only a week later our plans and our 3D rendering were ready, it looked amazing. A week or two after that the cost breakdown to complete the job was mailed to us. It was a great experience and we would highly recommend Revive Remodeling.

The service provided was very good. We're perfectly satisfied.
