The most difficult part was negotiating a time since the landscape company isn't based in my town. They only service my area in Salem, OR once per week. They mainly serve the Portland Metro area. The time was negotiated and planned, but they called on the day to tell me of a delay. Once they arrived they got to work in a hurry to try to get done before the rain came. Overall they did what I asked, although they were a bit sloppy on some minor things. In the future I would hesitate to use them since they don't come to Salem very often, however they did a good job and I was glad to get their discounted deal. Juan was conscientious about taking care of things and if I lived in the Portland area, I would more likely use their services.

Juan was very polite and accommodating. I had to call him again and he gave me a good price and a good schedule. They worked efficiently and cleaned up the front and back yards very well.

I had some extra services did, they did a great job. There were some extra charges. They were reasonably priced and offered a lot of accomplishes on time.

Juan and his crew did a great job. I had a parking strip that was half covered with saw dust and wood chips that were the remnants of two large trees I had removed. I plan to landscape the whole parking strip at some point but wanted to have it prepared for landscaping. It took Juan and his crew only a few hours and they did exactly what I wanted done. Juan gave me a great hourly rate for the work.

He was polite and informative. It would have been nice to get a written estimate but I took notes as to what he said so it wasn't bad.

I highly recommend Juan and his team! They know what they are doing. They work hard and fast and they care about customer satisfaction. I owe them a big thanks for sparing us days of back breaking work in the yard -- plus it looks better than when we do it ourselves!

I have a rental house that was in need of a good yard clean up. Juan with Grass Doctor scheduled my appointment promptly, came on time and performed the work as promised. I was very happy with his professionalism, and quality of work. I felt like I definitely got my money's worth,. I am planning to use them again to do some more landscape work in the future! I would definitely recommended them!

I just Love The Grass Doctor (Juan) and his crew. Friendly, knowledgeable, and talk about hard workers! I couldn't believe all they did in the one day!! Juan came out and did an estimate for me, and that is exactly what I paid. His workers arrived on time, and when I changed their direction (they were doing SUCH a nice job of pruning, but I was afraid they weren't going to get the most important stuff done - we are putting our house on the market) they were happy to change to a different job in the yard. They got it all done - Juan had them stay a little later (until 6 pm) to get everything done. This place looks better than it EVER has! I am so pleased! Please don't hesitate to give him a call...I got everything that I wanted - and for the amount of work (we have over 3 acres) I feel the price was very reasonable! The new owners will have a wonderful start on the summer!

Juan was terrific. He contacted me within a day of my Big Deal purchase, set up a date to come by at my convenience, then followed through punctually and with utmost consideration for my schedule and the flowering status of my shrubs. He and his crew worked on a Saturday to do everything we discussed. Juan himself trimmed my overgrown camellias and many other shrubs and small trees by hand. He did an excellent job shaping them to suit my taste ("natural" rather than sculpted). His crew worked hard to clean up my front and back yards, no small task. I very much appreciated Juan's punctuality, attentiveness to my requests, knowledge, thorough cleanup, and overall easy-to-work-with style. I would definitely hire him again.

I am so amazed by the huge amount of work these two guys did in just four hours! Seriously, they showed up right on time, took a brief look around and then just got down to business. Our yard was an overgrown disaster and the weeds were taking over. When they left, it looked neat, organized and gorgeous. I will definitely be working with them in the future!

The services performed were done very well and the yard looks great. My wife and I are considering a 1 year service contract with The Grass Doctor because they did such a great job.

Juan was very helpful, and said that I should have reached out to him directly, since the package I purchased for 8 hours of lawn work was far too much time for my tiny lawn. Instead, we're going to just coordinate services as needed, since my lawn will only require 1-2 hours a month (it's that small).

This is a continuous project providing weekly maintenance to my home. They are very professional and my yard always looks great. Juan is great to work with and provides a lot of different services. The cost all depends upon what you want to have done, but I think his fees are very reasonable.

Juan did a fabulous job! We had a huge mess in our backyard it was a jungle of weeds and overgrown trees that were making their way over to the neighbors yard. Juan showed up on time (early actually which was great) took a look at the yard and told us what he recommended and went to work. Everything was done quickly and he did a fabulous job, I know have a backyard that can entertain. What I liked the best about Grass Doctors is that they were very friendly and attantive to our needs as a client. Since then, I have recommended him to my best friend who wanted a fence built in her backyard and Juan showed up to her house over the weekend just to give her an estimate which I thought showed us that they care about their clients needs! I plan to use him in the future for all my landscaping needs. If you want a job done well and for a resonable price, call the Grass Doctor!

Juan & his crew from Grass Doctor work in our yard twice a month. They always do an excellent job with cleanup & pruning. We have an 11,000 sq ft. yard which is a lot of work but the work is done efficiently & completely. Juan & his crew are always friendly & courteous. I would highly recommend Grass Doctor!

My coworker referred me the grass doctor so I gave them a call. Juan the owner of the business was very nice and attentive in our first talk. We arranged a time to meet for the weekend. He arrived on time and we started chatting about my needs. I basically needed my lawn mowed and several small trees and shrubs prune, but I knew that companies charge separately for pruning. Here is the thing that I liked about Juan's service. He offered me a deal that included mowing, pruning and keeping my flower beds clean for $140 dollars a month. very affordable, professional work and honest.

I like Juan very much. Last week my wife and I planted some roses in our front yard, but the job looked ugly. Juan fixed it up for us and made it look fabulous for free. He is a honest person. Very easy to talk to. He went above and beyond my expectations.

They are hard workers and are honest. They are very dependable.
