Said one thing on the phone, another in personWe're a residence. That was made clear over the phone. We just need our pool refurbished. They said they could get us in mid-June over the phone. Then once Brody came out he saw that it wasn't a big job so he said he usually pushes "these sort of residential jobs" out 'til the Fall. Yeah, when everybody is just dying to go swimming. They knew it was a residential job before they came out. They knew it was just re-surfacting, re-coping and getting a new cover. And yet, once Brody came out he tried to handle me by telling me how fabulous they are and about all the commercial jobs they do, blah, blah, blah. I've gotten the same ole story 3 Springs now. If they don't care about their residential customers because we don't pay as much as commercial ones do then fine. I, as a potential residential customer, don't care about you. Let your kids starve over the cold rainy months. I don't care. My kids can't go swimming until this pool is fixed. Do you care? Sorry my money isn't good enough for you. Next!
Description of Work
wasted my time
I was called to offer a swimming pool and spa resurface proposal. A relatively quick project that would fit with our current Spring schedule. Upon arrival, the scope of the project quickly grew to concrete deck removal and replacement, perimeter coping and tile replacement, a new automatic pool cover, new pool equipment and a repiping. Overall, a several week long project. I informed Miss [Member Name Removed] that this would be a very involved and lengthy project and we would need to schedule something like this in the fall. She immediately became belligerent and vulgar. I quickly exited the site and chose to not quote the project. I arrived back at my office to find the above review spread over the internet and here on Angie's List. No work was performed. No money was exchanged. No promises were made. The rating and the review should be removed immediately.
