carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreJason came out to do the estimate. Jason told me he owned the company. I told him I needed the carpet cleaned by 9/16. He said he could come the next Monday and I gave him a key. He didn't call me and I waited a week. I called Sunray and they said he doesn't work there. They connected me to another person and he said he would get the key back because Jason wrecked the company truck. I waited another 2 weeks and got ahold of Jason (he was working for them) and he said he would get the key back right away. He was very apologetic and blamed the other guy. I waited again and called back and the person on the phone said the key was lost in the wreck. They are unreliable and not honest. I had to pay to get my locks changed.
