Description of Work: My carpet had not been cleaned for Years....through, kids 5, dogs, cats and adults with coffee...this project was well overdue! |If money was no object, I'd replace our carpet or refinish the hard wood floors under the current carpet. With their extensive cleaning....they bought me more life to my carpet. These guys, Chris we awesome! Thank you thank you!!!

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets throughout house. I used a Big Deal. The price was good and the operator arrived as scheduled. While efficient, the operator seeemed to be in a big hurry and was done in an hour - I am not sure the cleaning was as thorough as I would have liked.

Description of Work: Have used them several times with their carpet cleaning specials and they've done a great job. Unfortunately they charge extra per stair now but it's still a pretty good value if you get one of their whole-house specials.

Description of Work: Cleaned the carpets in entire house plus stairways. Justin was very pleasant and worked quickly and efficiently (we had moved all small furniture out of the way too). Overall the carpets definitely became cleaner and brighter. Stains all came out, including smaller ones that he said likely would come out without the need for the extra fee for stain removal. It did take 24 hours for all the carpets to be dry (he said about 4 hours, the paperwork he left said up to 24. Not a big deal.) Rated "B" only because the area behind each door wasn't cleaned (did I need to ask? I didn't think so.) I'd definitely use them again but will ask that the area behind each door to be cleaned too.

Description of Work: We bought a $99 deal for carpet cleaning for 2 houses (one move in and move out) from groupon. Called their office and got the appointment promptly. We nice front office. Than the tech Jesse showed on both our house on time and did fantastic job. I have go carpet cleaned earlier but I would say they are the best and very affordable. He went beyond the carpet and also cleaned laundry, bathroom and some garage as we asked without hesitation or without any selling pitch.the carpet looks better than it was before, . This is called great service
