Description of Work: I'm sorry that I wasn't able to write a review close to the time of the service. Therefore, I don't recall details, or the price paid. I recall being satisfied with the work being done, and had no complaints.

Description of Work: Punctual, cleaned gutters and cleaned up any mess. I am not sure I'd call them again, because of their scheduling. I had to wait for them to call me in several weeks for scheduling out beyond that. Meanwhile, they advertised on AAA.

Description of Work: It was a Big Deal for $99 for $200 of gutter repair or replacement. It was good. I thought the deal was a good value.

Description of Work: They sent 2 people, one hung stanchions for my shelving unit over the washer and drier, the other installed a new kitchen faucet which does NOT leak, and a new light in my bathroom that hands safely and illuminates the room. I have a heavy mirror that we did not have time to put up, nor did I have the necessary parts to support it. All went well.

Description of Work: A salesman came and inspected the roof. He told my wife that the roof was in bad condition and it should be replaced. He also stated that the venting on the roof was poor and should be replaced along with the venting under the eaves. We have just refinanced the house and it was inspected just one month ago, and he found no problems with our roof. We just wanted the roof cleaned, but the salesman wanted to sell us a $10,000 roof replacement package.

Description of Work: purchased the deal on 5/20 or 5/21. Appointment was scheduled for 6/14 at 11:00 a.m. I took the day off from work to be home. Received a call at about 12:30 from Homemasters saying that they were running late (no kidding) and that they could be at my home around 2:30 p.m. I told Homemasters that this was not acceptable. they asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said I needed to think about it. I received another call from Homemaster a short time later asking if I wanted to reschedule. I again said the I would think about it in that I did not wish to waste another day wondering if they were going to show up. I have decided that I want a refund rather than wait on an unreliable contractor.

Description of Work: I purchased a "big deal" for a comp roof of a certain size. Someone came out to complete the actual cost to get my roof replaced. Along the way we discovered that since we would be changing from a shake roof to a comp roof that we would have to replace all of the plywood as well. This added quite an unexpected expense that I could not afford. The Homemaster roofer and I decided that it would be a better decision for me to clean and treat my roof since the cost would be reasonable to get that done. Seems like this will be a great solution. We should get the roof cleaned and treated in the next week or two.
