As a licensed, insured, and bonded full-service roofing, gutter, and skylight specialty company, we aim to be your trusted one-stop shop for years to come. We've been doing roofing and gutters since 1990, and pride ourselves on our knowledge and accountability in a very high-demand and competitive industry. Our customers will be able to meet with our project managers to walk through their needs and discuss the numerous options we have for their exterior remodeling needs. We also provide full siding replacement including window and door replacements. We are Platinum installers for Owens’s Corning and 5 Star Installers for Certainteed. To be named as the highest installers for these brands we are required to meet the highest standard of installation and make sure the installation meets the amazing warranties these products provide. Description of Work: Put a new roof and gutters on. |They were punctual and professional. The installation team was super fast, but left a few dings around the house and even put a couple holes in my ceiling. But mistakes happen, and they were quick to fix it without fuss, so kudos to them for that.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for: $249 for roof and gutter maintenance with algae treatment. It was awful and we had to cancel the service with them. They schedule us out many months from after we purchased the deal. They called and left us a voicemail and told us a date that they would be coming out. They said they would be out 2 days before Christmas. I told called them and told them that I was not even going to be in town and I felt like their customer service was horrible. It was like they didn’t even care. I was then able to get a refund for the Big Deal that I purchased.

Description of Work: Homemasters cleaned moss from the roof on the north side of my home and treated the entire roof, which was required for sale of my home. It was a very hot and took most of the day. Due to the heat the clean up of debris from the roof that fell around the house was not done very well. Also, because I had LeafGuard gutters they were not included in their usual gutter and downspout cleaning. The reason I would not use them again is because I do not own the home anymore and will soon own a condominium that will have Home Owners Association maintenance that will take care of the roof.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $125 for 3 Hours of Handyman Service. They put up some lamps and chandeliers and did some work in the bathroom. I bought three hours for the handyman, and I got an experienced handyman, but he brought an inexperienced handyman that took longer. They almost got everything done within the time of the deal. The experienced handyman did a great job and the company was good.
