Description of Work: Removed existing moss (extra beyond the package deal), treated the roof to avoid future moss growth, and cleaned the gutters.

Description of Work: This group cleaned our roof and gutters; In the past, I have experienced (well referred) people who performed roof cleaning and moss removal with a pressure washer; So, I was prepared for a mess - including water pouring around the skylights. I was happily surprised when Homemasters cleaned the whole roof using dry brushes and dust pans. No more loosened sand from this composition roof. Everything was clean when they were done, including the yard and job site. |I would recommend then in a moment. |

Description of Work: They set an appointment with me to do an estimate so I scheduled the day off from work. That morning they called to tell me " there was no other appointments in the area so they were unable to send someone out". When I expressed I had taken off work I was told that someone had called out sick but I could reschedule. There was no apology and I dud not see any indications that I was valued as a customer.

Description of Work: We purchased their "option 3 VIP" which was to remove loose debris from our roof, clean the gutters and apply a moss and algae treatment. They arrived on time, were pleasant and professional and finished in a reasonable time. We would feel totally comfortable hiring Homemasters in the future.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters and repair a leak. Scheduling took a while and then suddenly they appeared earlier than expected once we'd agreed upon a time. Work was done well and cleaned up in front of the house, whereas some minor cleanup was left to us in the back. We didn't follow up and do expect we'd have gotten a positive response if we had. Experience was positive overall and we'd use them again.

Description of Work: Overestimated the amount of square footage of the roof. All the other estimates I had on the sq footage of roof was way under theirs.salesman told me if I took | the deal now hed do it for 10000. Then the next day they email me a estimate for 14000. I had raindrop roofing do it for 10100.

Description of Work: Thinking long term about my roof, I wanted to try this provider and see what touch ups would be done and what recommendations. | |At first things looked good, I had a premeeting with a person who sized up the job and listened to what I was trying to accomplish. Then I know the team showed up to do the job since I saw some shingles on my deck. I wanted to hear afterwards about the overall shape of the deck and the sealing of skylights, so I contacted them and after a few days heard back from someone who said the roof is mostly worn out and I should consider replacing. But no pictures or other detail was available, so no way for me to make an informed decision to move forward and do any more. Maybe the right way to get to my goal is to retain an inspector that doesn't have an interest in selling a new roof.

Description of Work: Originally purchased a roof replacement deal. They needed to charge more due to the original estimator not doing as thorough a job of estimating the project, so we got hit for an unexpected change order. We also had them replace quite a bit of fascia board and add in new gutters. Overall we were happy with the work, although we've had to have them back twice to fix the gutters.

Description of Work: It was a come on to get more money from us. Supposedly was the $89 we paid to get the deal, but a salesman came out, did nothing they said he'd do and told us it would be at least $1000 to do anything at all. It was a rip off.

Description of Work: I would not recommend this provider as they did not want to honor the price of the big deal I purchased. Even though it clearly stated it was for unlimited gutter and debris removal from roof, they wanted to charge me much more. It seemed like they used the big deal to get them out to your house then use it to upsell you. In fact I had to show the fine print of the big deal I purchased to the project manager to "prove" the scope of work I purchased or he said he wouldn't honor it. He was unprofessional and was upset with me when I said I still wanted the work done as indicated in the big deal for that price. He begrudgingly agreed to do the work but said he'd never do it again for that price so I better not call for service again and expect that. Horrible experience. Work performed was okay.

Description of Work: They cleaned out my gutters and put product on the roof to kill the moss. I would use them again if they were available in our area. They weren't able to provide the service the first time they came by because their ladders weren't tall enough, so we had to reschedule. They had to come yo Eugene to provide this service which they did, but consequently we're not available for follow up. We had quite a bit of debris, and they did not have enough room to haul it away because of distance. If thy were closer, they would have. There is still quite a bit of moss on the roof again, but I'm not sure if that is because the first application didn't work, or because it had to be applied frequently. I wish they were close by to follow up. But overall, we were just happy that our gutters were
