Description of Work: After researching companies on Angie's List, we found a Groupon through them and hired them for a roof inspection and minor repair. Although there were some hiccups in their deal matching the Groupon, they did an excellent job sorting out and getting the job done right. We are very pleased with their customer care and quality of work!

Description of Work: They did a great job fixing a corner of our roof, replacing boards that had dry rot, and replacing a section of gutters that had been incorrectly installed years ago. We were pleased with their service and workmanship and the cost was reasonable.

Description of Work: First I was a constant customer of this company for several years and was extremely pleased with their customer service and technical staff. But starting a little over two years ago they changed. I simply could not get a callback to discuss whatever issue I needed fixed. In two years I received one callback that did result in someone finally coming to my home. They fixed the problem I had then. I've called numerous times in the past year though with no callback. Finally I posted my dissatisfaction on their site and did receive a call complete with apology. I explained the problems I was encountering with the gutter system they installed. The young woman was most apologetic and said my case would be discussed the following morning as they were having a big meeting. No one ever called. It's so sad to see a company that was so very customer oriented and that has excellent technical staff fall down this way. I will never call HomeMasters nor recommend them again. A friend called and received a repair date but on the day the repair person didn't arrive at the agreed time. When she called to inquire she was told the person was busy and she would need to reschedule. She didn't and I don't blame her. What a shame!

Description of Work: Completely reroofed home (40 sq) including replacing some damaged plywood and 2x6's. Took 2-1/2 days to complete. Did a good job of cleaning up and removing old materials. Great communication with customers and each other. A good team.
