They were quite nice. I was pleased with them. They gave me a good deal but I have not gone forward with it yet.They were timely and they answered all of my questions.

They were just a bit late but did call to let me know. Once here they got right to work. It was a VERY windy day - so I was a bit concerned for their safety. I left for work soon after they got started so am not sure just how long it took them. We had a follow up call about a week after to see if we had any questions. He was very thorough with describing their procedure and he took the time to answer all of my questions which I had about our gutters. I would recommend them.

They did a good job. I have many large trees around my home that allow moss and pine needles to settle on the roof.

They cleaned off the roof, cleaned the gutters. They must have picked up the moss debris because there was only a small amount left in the yard.

The work went very well. The crew was professional and knew what they were doing. The first day they removed most of the three layers of roofing. Then they installed the new roofing during the second and third days. The crew was careful not to damage the new gutters that we had installed nine months ago and protected our landscaping around the house from getting damaged. At the completion of the job, the crew cleaned up all of the debris from their work to our satisfaction. All in all, working with Homemasters was a very satisfying experience.

.....The man who came out to clean our gutters and roof is named Mark, and he was friendly and professional, and on time. He did an excellent job and cleaned up the mess very well.....it rained heavily the next day, and I was happy to see the gutters flowing freely......so I was happy to see that he was also the guy who came to do the pressure washing a week or so later....once again he did an excellent job, making sure to wash the splashed up mud & dirt off the siding & the plants, etc....all with a friendly cheerful smile.....I would definitely use this company again.....

They were really busy, as they'd offered a special through Angie's List. As a result, they were working long hours and I suspect working a bit too quickly. A few days after they were here, I looked over the parts of the roof I could see from a stepladder, and saw remaining "crud" (cedar needles, firkins, etc.) in corners of the roof. It's been a year now, and moss seems to be thriving on the edges of the shingles on the north side of the roof, even though that area is unshaded and has had a summer's exposure to sun. I'm suspecting they got in a hurry and either didn't put on the retardant, or put it on too lightly. I need to give them a call to discuss this...

They did an OK job, I had no problem with the work. But I had requested that we make an appointment when I could be there, and when I got home at the appointed time they had already come and gone. the roof was reasonably clean. I'm no expert on this subject, but it was surprisingly noticeable how obvious the white sprays of moss deterrant were. Anyway, it was a pretty good deal since I had a Groupon for it.

They were fast and thorough

In April we had our gutters and roof cleaned with HomeMasters. The work was timely and professional and they took the time to clean up after the work and left everything looking fine. HomeMasters called us to see if we would be interested in a gutter replacement (our gutters were very old and in need of repair) and we were so pleased with the gutter and roof cleaning we said yes. Shortly after receiving our estimate we scheduled our gutter replacement and that was finished on 10/14/12. We were again very pleased with the work, it was done in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up after the project! Thank you HomeMasters!

They did a good job of the cleaning, tho I had a couple issues with how they did it. The worker walked around the roof with his power blaster, which was very effective at getting out the gunk. But he also seems to have walked across a corrugated plastic roof over the deck, which caused it to slip over some nails and later the holes leaked. (That was easily repairable, tho.) And the gunk splattered across several windows because of the method they use. But they were very efficient and cleaned up the mess left on the ground.

They came, they looked, they scraped, they applied stuff, they came down and then they left.

I was pleased. They were fine. They came on time. The price was good.

Good. They came out twice, once for the roof cleaning and maintenance. Then again to replace the squirrel damaged roof vents. Both times they were punctual, professional and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time.

We used an Angie's List coupon from Homemaster to arrange gutter cleaning. Homemaster contacted us promptly and we arranged a date for the cleaning. On the day of the scheduled service, they were running late and called to let us know their approximate arrival time and they arrived as predicted. Homemaster cleaned the gutters and cleared the downspouts. Repaired loose gutters where necessary and repositioned gutters that had become loose and pulled away from the eaves. We requested that they inspect and clean some cornice work that we expected to be charged extra for (as it wasn't in the initial order) and they performed the extra work at no extra charge. They were quick, thorough and professional. They followed up with a report on the condition of our roof, gutters and recommended maintenance schedule. We were delighted with their service.

This was an Angies' List deal at $99. Two men arrived very late in the afternoon, almost dusk, to go up on a slick metal roof. I would not let them on the roof at that time of day. Their boss wanted them to do it. I thought they were putting their lives at risk. The men were relieved that I would not let them on the roof. They returned the next morning to a bright, dry day. They went on the roof and cleaned the gutters from on the roof, not from ladders, dropping leaves and debris to the ground and garden below. The debris will eventually just go into the soil so I did not mind. BUT, neither man was tied off with a safety lanyard. I prayed that no one would be hurt - and sue me and my homeowner's insurer. Almost two years has passed. I have been on the roof this summer and seen that the leaf guards were not put back and the gutters are clogged again because of that. HomeMasters did an adequate job, but not to a professional standard. I would not hire them again. Check their workmens' comp insurance before hiring.

The gutters looked fine at first, but one side is now hanging off and will surely come down when it starts to rain because they only secured the gutters into the endgrain of the roof joists and did not secure them any other way. The joists are old and there is some dry rot, which they did not tell us about. After noticing this, I called them right away. They have yet to return my call.

I expected my roof to look like it was new. I felt like they could have done more with the work. I cannot really hold it against them as I purchased a Big Deal and they did provide the service. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves. The area around my home was clear and free of any debris after the work probably because they did not power wash the roof.

They did a fair job of cleaning up after they were done. They got most of the moss off of my roof, but they moss that they missed is still green and alive. I asked them about it at the time and they said they had sprayed it and it would die. When they did a follow up call and I mentioned it, they said it would probably be good to get that next time I have roof maintainance.

The company sent over someone to assess the situation and they made several suggestions along with giving me pricing. I selected to switch some of my gutters over to larger gutters. They were very professional and got back to me with a date for install. The installers showed up on time and went right to work. I had to leave during the job and when I came back the work was done and the area was clean as can be and they even did a little extra work I had not asked for and they did not charge me for. They also called the next day to make sure I was happy with the work.
