I purchased a Big Deal for a garage door tune-up and roller replacement. I also wanted to replace my old garage door opener, so when I called to schedule the tune-up I inquired about my options. They were really helpful and answered all my questions, and I was very happy with the opener I ended up buying - a Genie 1000 2-speed opener with belt drive. The fellow who did the installation showed up exactly when scheduled and was very quick and efficient. He also hauled away the old opener, which was much appreciated. A few weeks after the installation I had some questions about re-programming the remote control, and they were just as helpful and friendly as before. I would recommend All About Doors & Tigard Door Co. to anybody looking for garage door servicing or opener replacement. They are easy to work with and follow through on their customer service.

We were very pleased - All About seemed pleased to have the business (not always the case with these group discounted packages) and had us scheduled for a 'first of the day' appointment within the week we called. The tech called when he was on the way and was there by around 8:30, just as promised. He replaced the rollers, lubed all the fittings and adjusted the chain for the opener. Much quieter and smoother after the service & well worth the cost. I was kind of expecting to be 'upsold' on something but the tech said everything looked good and it didn't need anything else. He couldn't replace the sweep/gasket at the bottom of the door as our door is a fairly rare custom, low clearance model but he looked up the part number and gave us the website of a supplier who had it. He said it was just a slide on replacement and I could easily do it myself if I wanted. Very happy and will use them again when we need service or a new door.

The technician called first thing to let me know he was on the way. He arrived at the scheduled time. He changed the rollers, oiled the brackets and performed general maintenance of the garage door. I did appreciate the time he took to tell me what I can do for maintenance and what type of oil and lube I needed.

Company replaced the rollers and lubed the other parts. It was easy to set my appointment. He work fast and efficiently.

All about doors lubricated, installed new door rollers and realigned the springs on my garage door. The garage door works very well following their tune-up.

They were punctual and it took about 20 minutes. Our old garage door is doing great--we will definitely use All About Doors again.

I actually stayed and watched the technician perform the work and I was glad I did because he gave me a lot of information about the care of my furnace. He also gave me information about the history of his company and I could tell he was happy tp be working for ALL ABOUT DOORS INC. & TIGARD DOOR Co. Thanks for exceeding my expectation!

He was professional, quick and very helpful. He explained a lot about the door and maintenance. When we need to replace the opener. this is the company I'm calling. Altogether a great experience.

The job was done satisfactorily. The technician was knowledgeable and fast. All work was done in less than 30 minutes. All in all, they did a good job. I can't say that the door is a lot quieter than before, but I did notice some difference. It was worth the cost to have preventive maintenance done on the door since it gets plenty of use. I would recommend this service to everyone, especially if your garage door is heavily used. Breakdowns are an extreme hassle, particularly in the winter time. I would note that the person I spoke with when I called to schedule the job, informed me that they could not get to me for some weeks, since their schedule was quite full. Obviously I scheduled the job anyway, but the overall conversation left me the feeling that they were less than interested in having my business.

I purchased a Angie's List deal and called to setup the appointment. The technician arrived on schedule and performed the work as expected. It was a smooth process that absolutely met my expectations and I would not hesitate before using this company again.

The tech arrived on time, explained things in detail and helped me understand more about the problems the opener had and reprogrammed the doors for both remotes. Very happy, would definitely call them again!

Although I initially planned for service on one door, two doors needed repair. The serviceman attended to both.

They were super quick, on time, replaced the rollers and did exactly what they said they were going to do.

Justin called and said that he would be at my residence between 1 and 3 pm. I asked if he could be there closer to the 1pm time and he said he would try but could not promise. He was there earlier than 1pm which worked out for me perfectly. Very nice young man- explained all he would do and did his job professionally and expediently.

The guy was prompt, tidy and clean. He gave me a great explanation about exactly what was being done. I was really impressed—he actually educated me about my garage door.

The gentleman from All About Doors arrived on time and inspected my garage door and the rollers. I had been having trouble with the door coming off the track. He replaced the necessary parts and the rollers and recommended that I use white lithium grease on the T-rail every 6 months and WD4 every month on the rollers and hinges, and bearings. He was very efficient and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. My apologies for the late review. I thought I had done a review some time ago.

I was extremely pleased. I had all kinds of misgivings before they arrived because I was sure they would find all kinds of additional work that needed to be done, and would do some "arm twisting" to get me to have the work done, at additional cost, while they were here. Not to worry!! Nothing like that happened. The door rollers were quickly replaced, the worker showed me how to do a better job of lubricating the doors, and when finished, went graciously on his way. Now that colder weather has begun to set in, one of the doors that had not been working well continues to work very well thanks to the new rollers, lubrication and adjustments made to the control unit.

Other than the initial glitch mentioned above, it went very well.

The service representativr arrived at the appointed time and was polite and we showed him to the garage. He checked the garage door, made some adjustments, and suggestions, and explained what the problem was and how he adjusted the door. We will definitely call All About Doors & Tigard Door Company again.

Excellent work! The technician even went above and beyond and helped me re-program the remote access code. He was great and i would definitely call these guys again if we have a garage door problem or maintenance need.

I was unable to use the promotion as my garage door is older and has a different roller mechanism than the one the company was promoting. The guy who came out, however, was extremely friendly, on time, knowlegeable and helpful. He fixed my garage door for a good price. I will use these guys in the future when i need to replace my garage doors.

lAbout a month ago, I was having trouble with my original door opener and I attempted to fix it, but could not. So I noticed Angie's List recomending a door tuneup which I took advantage of only to learn that a board in my unit failed and had to be replaced. But all the rollers were replaced and all was aligned and was ready to receive a new motor. So I went to Sears, purchased a new complete unit, and replacing only the motor. This I installed myself. I missed a pulley when installing the chain causing the door to not close all the way. Justin re-installed the chain, made some adjustments, and it works great.

The overall experience was great. They showed up on time and competed the work quickly. It has been 4 months now and my garage door is working wonderfully.

The person who serviced the doors (2) was prompt, arrived at the time that was prearranged. Went right to work. Very pleasant and professional, communicating and clarified with me everything he was going to do. Shared with me the cost for any additional work that needs to be done and was not pushy. I would definitely use this company again.
