Great NW Gutters came out to do the estimate the day after I requested it. The estimate showed the larger gutters that I needed, options for screens and mounting. They were very patient with all my questions and willing to drop of a sample of the screens for my review. The day of installation, I left in the morning with old gutter and came home to new gutters with screens and a additional downspout. In addition they cleaned the branches off my roof from the last wind storm.

They did a great job of explaining their work. We are very happy and would recommend NW Gutters!

Installers showed up on time. Introduced themselves, asked if I had any questions and went right to work. Took about a half day. Work looks good and so far the work as one would expect a gutter to work! Workers and work was very professional. Only negatives were that getting responses on the original quote was a bit difficult..I had to email/call multiple times, but not that big of a deal. Could have also cleaned up a bit better. Not a huge mess, but just the crud that comes off the house when the old stuff is removed hit the deck, patio, etc and wasn't really cleaned up..

They job was professional and the price good. Would use again.

Went great start to finish. Some issues after installation but the were taken care of quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend these folks!

I found Great NW on Angie's List (Thanks Angie). The entire experience was 5-star from beginning to end. From the initial call to their office, to a prompt visit for estimate, through on-time arrival on our scheduled service date and a great job by a polite team. I'm nothing but pleased. I would call them again without hesitation.

This project went smoothly from start to finish. Eaery member of Great NW Gutters' team was helpful, professional and easy to work with. There was a 6-month delay after the original bid due to another Contractor's schedule issues. Even with the delay, Great NW held their price. The Sales Rep, Jacob Stricker, was patient through the entire process, even though I peppered him with a zillion questions. He drew up a plan showing the locations and types of downspouts needed and recommended the type of cleanout to use. I am extremely pleased with his service. The installation was done by Keith Kirkland, who did excellent work. He went 'over and above' the normal level of service. He was very accurate and careful with the installation. His work is impeccable. The downspouts are helping alleviate a problem caused by the original builder's failure to provide enough downspouts. Now that we have had repeated heavy rains, it appears that two additional downspouts may be needed. I will definitely have Great NW Gutters perform that work.

A crew of 2 came out to clean 190' of gutters and reattach a small section of gutter (3ft). Time spent was about 1 hour. The work was done while I was not present. Upon seeing the results I noticed, in various areas, debris stuck on top of the gutter that was there prior to their work. Most of this debris is on the second level of the house which I am not able to reach...that's why I hired professionals. I examined the lower gutters more thoroughly and found varying degrees of sludge within the gutter. Shoddy work at any price. I paid $300 for this...Yikes!!! Very disappointed with the work done by Great Northwest Gutters and would Not recommend them.

Mostly well. The gutters are too long of a run so they still hold some water where there should be an additional downspout (but isn't feasible). I can't hold against NWG that our gutters aren't set up ideally, but the solution is only mostly effective.

Great Northwest Gutters is possibly the best contractor I've EVER used. I say this as a contractor (heating and cooling, see The Heat Pump Store). The Installers were: 1) Smart, i.e. they looked over my old house and came up with some simple improvements over the existing gutters. ] 2) Good communicators 3) Cordial and friendly I also appreciated the selling approach used by Great NW Gutters...no fuss, no muss. Very easy to deal with.

I got them from Angie's List. The problem with them was the estimator came out. He was very nice and it took down a lot of information. When the crew actually came out to do the work, they had been poor communication between him and his crew. We had a kind of unique situation that we were also questioning about. We have a patio cover that also has some gutters over it. That was my complaint with them. They were definitely not cheap but I thought their price was good. They came back out when we had a problem. I was really upset when they first came out here because of the poor communication but the crew was very nice and neat.

From the person answering the phone to the installers, this company was very professional, helpful and pleasant to work with. The estimator Chris answered all my questions and was helpful in determining how we should locate the down spouts. The installers, listed as CHR, ROR and EUG on our bill were efficient, friendly and professional. We are very pleased with the service of this company. Our new gutters and down spouts look great on our house.

Went well...they matched the painted gutters perfectly with the new section so no painting was required. Even performed the job when we were not home.

They were professional and the gutters are actually pretty. One of them made a loud noise during a windstorm. They came right back out and tightened it up. All is perfect.

I am very happy with the work. They were on time, and courteous and professional. The job went very quickly and they answered my concerns about a couple ugly places that were behind the old gutters. The new gutters look so much better!

We had a two-part project, one part was having new gutters put on, and the other was having the house painted. We asked Great Northwest Gutters to come out and take down the old gutters, then wait roughly two weeks and put up new ones after the painting was done. This went fine and allowed the painting company we hired, to prime and paint the ends of our roof beams (which had NEVER been primed or painted since the house was built, and that was back in 1977!) and also to let the painting company prime and paint the underside of new roofing plywood which had been left bare after a recent re-roofing of our house. The really great thing was, the new gutters have a color to match our trim color, and you cannot tell that the gutters didn't have to be painted to match! it's wonderful! GNWG also added an extra down-spout, and provided downspouts (with clean outs, too!) that match the body color of our house. We are very very happy with the work, and we would recommend them again. There were no price surprises, and they honored an estimate they'd given us last fall.
