Description of Work: My appointment was made in a timely manner and they arrived on time. Unfortunately since we unknowingly had some old pieces of asbestos tape around some of the ducts in the furnace room, they were not able to perform the duct cleaning until any asbestos was remediated. They were straight-forward in their assessment and mentioned the option of getting the refund. I would explore using them again in the future.

Description of Work: Pulled dryer out from wall, and found a hole in duct hose going from dryer to wall. He repaired it! No extra cost. After he finished cleaning the duct, Kevin even cleaned my floor before putting dryer back into position.

Description of Work: They cleaned our ducts. Initially they discovered some serious rust that had been overlooked by our heating guy when he came out to fix our furnace. The Duct Guys fixed that for us.

Description of Work: The duct guys cleaned all of my vent and air ducts in my 19 year old home. It had never been done before so it was pretty bad. Plus I had just finished a remodel so it was time. The two guys that came were very courteous and professional. They did a great job and I would recommend them to people I know.

Arrived on time, very friendly and informative, and did excellent work. | |Because of the nature of the house and various additions over the years the ductwork (and furnace installation) were not quite typical but rather than upcharging me or skimping on the service the guys just worked the puzzle until they were satisfied everything was exactly right. They were also horrified by our terrible dryer vent hookup and wouldn't leave until they'd completely re-fabricated and reinstalled the vent connection. | |Very happy with the service. I made myself a label to put on the furnace to remind me exactly who to call back when it's time for another cleaning.
