Description of Work: The Duct Guys were great. I called another provider that was booked up for at least a month first but didn't want to wait so called these guys. They came over within a few days and were right on time. They looked at my ducts and told me they had been cleaned recently and actually didn't need to be serviced. They even taped up a hole in the furnace. Great service -- honest. Will definitely use in the future when needed and will recommend to others!

Description of Work: Kevin from the Duct Guys went above and beyond. The previous home owners had never had the ducts clean and the house is 23 years old. The job was extensive as we have 23 vents and 2 returns, but they stayed until they were sure everything was completely clean. They were very polite and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend the Duct Guys!

Description of Work: Kevin and Derrick came to clean our ducts on the 16th. But when they started they discovered there was very poor airflow to vents on one side of the house. To discover why, Duct Guys went into the VERY TIGHT crawl space beneath our home. There they found some damaged and crushed vents along with some loose insulation. They returned on the 19th to repair the damage, replace some vents, and make our tight crawl space maneuverable. Just a few days later, Ti Sutherland, our plumber, had to enter the crawlspace beneath our home to check out a plumbing issue. Ti had two things to say about his experience-our crawl space was one of the tightest he'd encountered in 20 years of work, AND the great ducting done in this tight space had made the area maneuverable. Well done, Duct Guys!
