Description of Work: We had our air ducts cleaned. There was a small snafu, but The Duct Guys went above and beyond with utmost professionalism to fix it. Thank you to Christina and the crew for the amazing follow up.

Description of Work: Cleaned all the ducts/vent system in our new house before moving in. We had more vents/ducts than the special allowed so costed a bit more, but did a clean job, reasonable price and worked out well.

Description of Work: Good communication. They needed to come back a second time after determining the job was more complicated than anticipated, but that was not a problem. Even told us next time to have them come check the ducts before requesting service, since it may not have been necessary.

Description of Work: The Duct guys came out to clean our heating vents and duct work. the were fast, efficient and courteous, however, it was wet outside and no care was taken to keep from tracking mud and debris into the house. No effort was made to clean up before they left.

Description of Work: They came out and did an air duct cleaning on my home. I am so happy with the companies that I find off Angie's List. They are all so great!

Description of Work: They showed up right on time and went straight to work. The duct work in our new to us home was filthy (full of dog hair) and the guys made sure everything was clean. The only thing I did notice was dust and debris around each vent. But, that all cleaned up with a vacuum cleaner so no big deal. They even gave us some tips on keeping the furnace running better. We had the dryer vent cleaned as well and they were able to show us a big problem that had to be fixed. The vent had deteriorated and was venting lint and moist air under the floor boards. One of the guys got up in to the attic and found a better way to vent the dryer for us. The extra time he spent with us helped us get the repair done faster. We will definitely call these guys any time we need duct/vent cleaning.

Description of Work: Showed up on time and got to work right away. After the cleaning, I noticed heavy amounts of dust/debris coming from the vents. This happened for a little while before it eventually stopped. My vents were quite filthy, so I feel this was money well spent. The only way I could have gotten them cleaner was by replacement.

Description of Work: Cleaned all my heat ducts and my dryer vent They wer speedy, efficient, pleasant and did a great job. They even went under my house into the crawls space to reattach my dryer hose which had come detached from the vent.
