It went great, he was fantastic. He was on time and very great about answering when I called him and got me scheduled for the next day. He went thru the work with me when he was done he showed me how it worked. Everything worked out great.

Kevin came out and accessed the situation, a bit complicated. He put in new dryer vent sections that met code. The previous vent had been done by a former owner/do it your selfer and was a mess inside the wall. He cut out only the most necessary small sections of drywall so that it could be easily repaired. I forgot to tell him that my husband had taken the outside section of pipe and venting apart so when I called a day later, he came out right away and fixed this with no charge. He then attached venting to a bathroom fan which was just venting into the attic. This was much more straight forward and he had no trouble working up in an attic with little or no flooring. His outside vent looks very professional and the vent finally works great. I am very pleased with the work that Kevin did and would recommend his work to someone that needs to have venting either replaced or newly installed.

Kevin confirmed that our existing (dated) dryer vent was clogged and in need of replacement. Due to the vent's poor overall condition and difficult-to-reach location in the very tight crawl space of our home, we were forced to explore alternative options. Ultimately, we opted to redirect the vent up to and out of the attic. Kevin communicated our options clearly and worked diligently to find the best possible solution. While the project took longer than expected, he was professional throughout and did a first-rate job.

Scheduling the appointment through the national call center was easy and pleasant. Kevin was prompt, courteous, and helpful. He went out of his way to do everything he could to do the best job possible while not charging for unneccesary items. For example, instead of just replacing the dryer vent cover, he cleaned it first to see if it really needed to be replaced. Kevin also did a stellar job of cleaning up the inevitable lint bunnies, and put everything back neatly. He made sure the hose from the back of the dryer wasn't crimped, and checked to make sure I was happy with the way everything was before he packed up.

This is a young man eager to please and willing to do a good job.

The service guy, Kevin, came out and installed a whole new dryer vent the same day that we called. He was prompt, professional and stayed as long as he had to in order to make sure it was installed correctly and answered all questions that I had. He also showed us that the old vent cover was stuck open and not working properly. He then installed a new cover for us. The new vent looks good and works great. I would recommend them to anyone.

They came to our house within two hours of our call to the '866' number. They only do dryer work, so we knew that the problem could be efficiently taken care of. Kevin explained everything he did, pointed out where he made changes on the venting to improve the system, and pointed out the lack of a cover on the vent outside. They have an annual call back list as a reminder to get the venting checked.
