They were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. They were also very careful to avoid damaging or dirtying our house while they worked.

The duct guys were punctual and came on time. Didnt waste time talking anything unnecessary. they hit their job right away. All the air vents were cleaned with professionalism and the dryer vent too. Our dryer light inside started functioning actually after the clean up! (dont know if its coincidental or it happened because of that! ) at the end of their work gave us some advice on how to maintain the ducts. overall the duct guys were awesome guys.

Service was great. We recently moved into our home and wanted the ducts and dryer vent cleaned. They had to reschedule because our floors were refinished, which we appreciated since we did not want damage to the new floors. Rescheduling was a little challenging however it was over Christmas so understandable. We'd use this company again. He was helpful and willing to stop by a temp fix on dryer vent until he was able to come do the work.

You can find better prices for duct cleaning, but the Duct Guys were tight, responsive, friendly and thorough, with no upselling and no hidden fees. I'm very pleased with the deal.

Came an hour before their scheduled time. We weren't ready for them. They had agreed to give us a 30 minute heads-up, which never happened.

The husband (Kevin) and wife team came in and acted professionally though friendly throughout the procedure. They let me know what was going to be done and when the work would begin. I asked when it would be completed, and they gave me an approximate time that turned out to be very close to their original approximation, which I appreciated because I had an errand later that day. They answered questions I had, and conducted themselves professionally, with respect for the home and letting me know when they were coming and going out of the house and to their work van. Their schedule allowed them to come do their work in a reasonably short time after my initial contact (call or email). I appreciated that, as well. They did not complain about anything, and had a positive attitude overall. Their work was done well, and I would definitely recommend them to others and call them again the next time we need our ducts cleaned. It had been more than five years since the last time, so they really needed it. A job well done!

They arrived on time, were very efficient, courteous and friendly. Chuy asked me if I wanted to see all the gunk they cleaned out of our system but warned me "you can't unsee it once you've seen it!" It was interesting to see all the stuff that had built up... yuck! So happy to know it's clean now. The only complaint I have was that I had spiders staggering around (having evacuated the ducts) for a few days but I'd rather have them than all the dust and debris The Duct Guys took with them.

They performed the services excellently. They arrived on time and were very professional. They showed me the container that held everything they had vacuumed out and it was a large amount. The ducts hadn't been cleaned in years - if ever. It was a big job and the guys did a great job.

They came as per appointment and found that it will longer than they alloted and got an other day to come with the necessary material to do the repaires. They were suppose to give me an estimate before they came back, but I did not geta expence., but called the day tey were to come and gave me the break down of the extra expence. It sounded resonable and work was done. They were very polite and understanding and I liked the work they did.

Since I had bought a coupon for the job, I thought I might have to wait to get the work scheduled but they scheduled me right away, were very informative about the process, very polite and professional.

Thought that overall the service quality and punctuality [I actually mised our first appointment due to a schedule conflict; Duct Guys were happy to reschedule, and thankfuly at no additional charge since they were at my house for the inital call that I missed]. They were very professional over the phone, friendly and prompt. My wife felt they were a 'bit too talkative'; but other than that--great.

These guys are Excellent, They are honest and clean and they will not over charge you or try to upsell you on bunch of junk. Kevin got back to me the same day and two days later we were clean> there was 2 Furnaces 33 vents . Trust me it was a good deal. thank you for a great job done.

My initial call to arrange the work was returned in a reasonable time. The gentleman who took the call was friendly and polite. He asked a few pertinent questions to determine the scope of the job, then offered several appointment times he had open. On the day of the appointment the technician showed up on time and went about setting up equipment and explaning how the work would be done. I showed him all the vents in the house and he went to work promptly. He was efficient, thorough, and careful as he moved around the house. Any questions I had were answered politely and completely. Before leaving he went outside and vacuumed the dryer duct for no extra charge. After the work was done, he gathered up his equipment and left no mess. It was a very positive experience, the kind you hope to have any time you hire a company to do work inside your home. The Duct Guys is a well run small business that understands customer service and charges a fair price. You can't ask for more than that.

Had dryer problems because there was an old 3" dryer exhaust pipe. Kevin and his associate came over on a Sunday and spent a few hours in the crawl space replacing the system to the 4" system to meet current code. In addition, he found a disconnected heating vent from some bathroom remodeling done earlier this year and was able to fix that as well. I looked on Angies list to locate him and was not disappointed. My dryer is running so much more efficiently and I am very happy. I would definitely hire him again.

We just moved to the area, and I could tell right away by my dryer's perfomance that the duct was dirty. I found Kevin (The Duct Guys) on Angie's list and he returned my call to him right away. He came over to fix the duct that very week. He had to go into the crawl space to find where the duct outlet was (hidden under the deck) and did it all without complaint and with good humor. When he found the vent, he showed my how clogged the duct was at that end. He had it cleaned within an hour and completely cleaned up after himself around the crawl space entrance. I would definitely call him again. Prompt, courteous, reasonable, and very, very pleasant.

We decided to search on Angie's list for a reputable vent cleaning service. The Duct Guys had the most responses and best overall satisfaction. We called today and they were able to come in the evening. Kevin introduced himself and his coworker and checked out the issues we were having. They did such a great job we decided to have them work at our rental home in the area.

Kevin was very prompt and efficient. He went to great lengths to ensure my total satisfaction. I neglected to inform Kevin I selected his services from Angie's List until after the check was written. Kevin immediately returned the check, without prompting, to have me deduct a $50 discount for being an Angie's List member! I felt this was a fine example of his integrity. I am very pleased with is work and plan on telling everyone I know about his services.

We chose The Duct Guys based on all the stellar reviews, and they lived up to their reputation and beyond. They were prompt, considerate, friendly, thorough, honest, and worth every penny. I got a discount for being an Angie's list customer (hint, mention how you found them), and was charged less than the original estimate I got on the phone. Great work, Duct Guys! Inspection of a home we were selling noted that one of the bathroom vent fans just vented into the attic instead of being ducted outside. On a hot summer days, the Duct Guys showed up, bid the job at a reasonable price, and went up into the sweltering attic to install the duct. Better them than me. They had a good sense of humor about it and did a good job. This is the second job they have done for me. I expect that I will soon ask them to bid on another job at our new home. They merit repeat business.

Guys performed just as expected, were on time, personable, got bags of crud out of the vents and were worth every penny!

Kevin was very informative and professional. He is a great guy! I would recommend him to everyone! He spent about 45 minutes fixing things and going over things. I now have piece of mind knowing my dryer will not get hot anymore and cause a fire.
