10-year-old dryer was overheating. I decided to replace the dryer vent connection first, since I knew this needed to be done anyway. The dryer is some distance from the vent and there are both electrical and plumbing connections to avoid along the way. The job was finished in about an hour, and Kevin explained what to do to protect the new vent from the electrical and plumbing as well as cleaning lint out of the dryer and making sure that the overheating problem was solved (it was). Very helpful, quick, and the price was right. Thanks!

Great work. Kevin and his assistant were here on time, did a perfect job on the duct cleaning, were courteous, and even did some additional duct tape work that our furnace person failed to do. They took precaution with our recently refinished floors and windows.

This was a great experience. To begin with, the scheduling service was great and exactly the day I needed. They arrived on time as well as they explaned what they are going to do, answered all my questions. They were very friendly and professional. I would use them again.

The Duct Guys got lost finding our house, despite directions, and made their way to Beaverton instead of NE Portland where we live. Another phone call finally got them to our home but much later than expected. We were worried that they would be working into our dinner time. To our great surprise, however, the four guys managed to do the job carefully and thoroughly in a relatively short time. We would certainly use them again.

Scheduled right away, showed up on time, very nice and friendly. They found and fixed our dryer ventilation that was painted over and could have started a fire! Then cleaned out all our vents. They did an amazing job. I was very pleased with the results. Very well done!

Overall, this company did the job, but I'm not sure I would use them again, due to the clean-up I had to do after they left.

Prompt, thorough service. First time air duct cleaning. 2 upstairs ceiling vents are over beds. If I'd known the cleaning would leave vent dirt on the bedding I would've covered the beds. I have asthma and allergies so this info up front would've been helpful.

Good. The Duct Guys showed up on time and didn't waste any time getting to work and getting the job done. We had 6 extra vents over the number specified in the Big Deal. That was and additional $72, but definitely worth the money. We recently purchased a home that had been a rental and had been unoccupied for a number of years, so the ducting was in bad need of a good cleaning.

Kevin and his tech, "Chewie" were on time and professional. They respected my request that my dog not be let out, and spent a lot of time when I asked where my dryer vented to. While stumped briefly, they determined it most likely went to my common wall neighbors back yard, (my condo complex was built more than 30 years ago!) They did not enter the yard by my request. I was satisfied with this, as I've never met this neighbor (yet!) Overall, they were respectful, efficient and well priced. Anyone looking for this service would be happy with Duct Guys.

Kevin and his wife were very professional from beginning to end. Kevin called to see if he could arrive 15 minutes early, and when he arrived he got to work right away. I showed Kevin where the vents were located and he explained what he was going to do for the cleaning process. Kevin and his wife were very considerate with the noise of the equipment and worked around me when I got a phone call that I had to take. They were both patient answering my questions, and throughout the process they kept me informed of what they were finding. I would definately use this company again and will be recommending them highly to people I know.

Kevin called ahead as he finished another job earlier than expected so arrived early at our house. He walked through the house, counting vents and explaining the process. He told us the exact amount that we would owe over the coupon price because of the extra vents and work to the dryer vent. When his co-worker arrived with the equipment, they cleaned the vents, shored up the dryer vent, and serviced the furnace. They were polite, respectful and efficient. They did a fantastic job with no mess.

I purhcased the Angie's deal and am glad I did. I had a carpet cleaner theoretically clean my ducts, but this company did a professional superior job. They did not just vacum, they connected thru the heater, checked all the ducts, cleaned and sanitized. Where they found some gaps in the ducting, they pointed out how I might make repairs. Wonderful job.

Our dryer repair service indicated that our dryer's heat fuse went out because the dryer overheated as a result of the duct being blocked. Larry recommended Kevin who arrived at our home promptly and efficiently performed the service we need. Kevin and Chuie were friendly and provided advice as to how to install a vent cover. We will consider their help when we need to clean our forced air duct system.
