The Duct Guys were very upfront about this being the season for duct cleaning and how far out they were scheduling. We were able to work out a time that worked for everybody which meant the ducts were clean before I moved into my house. I was told who was showing up to do the work; they were professional and courteous. The estimated time to do the cleaning was right on.

The duck guys did a great job and went the extra mile cleaning my air-conditioning unit it was filthy and they had to do a lot of extra work and only charge me $40 extra on top of my Angie's list coupon.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal. Scheduling was easy. Provider did a good job cleaning ducts. He was late arriving due to traffic, but called to say he was on his way. I would use them again.

Kevin and his assistant (Darren I think), came on time to perform the job that we purchased on a coupon deal from Angie's List. Did a great job. We had never had this done before, but had remodeled parts of our home awhile back and have always had at least one dog over the last 20 years , so that when I saw the coupon for half price I decided it was a good opportunity to try out. They were both very nice and professional in dealing with. Our furnace was in a tough location to do the job, but they figured it out and were able to perform the sevice in a timely manner. They also discovered that during the remodel a couple of our vents were accidently closed and sealed behind the new walls, so they were able to open them up for us again. So it was a pleasnt surprise. Over all they were great and I would highly recomend them.

The Duct Guys arrived on time, introduced themselves and were ready to work. However, when they saw the extent of the work and the location of our furnace they needed to reschedule because of time constraints. Because of the time we spent preparing for this service we decided that we didn't want to go through that again in a few days. The men were very polite and apologetic.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was very happy with it. They did a great job. I had questions and they answered them. They explained what they were doing, I got what I paid for, and I was happy with it. They were in in September and that was because I had some other stuff going on. They could have scheduled it sooner but I didn't want them to. It was timely. Their pricing was great. I was very happy with their responsiveness. They were really good.

We used them through a big deal on Angie's List. It was just wonderful. Kevin and Derek were just very polite and very thorough. We had a duct problem; it was not attached. They got insulation all over their equipment. They weren't ruffled. They just said that they will be happy to come back and repair that for us, which they did in just two days. We thought that was very quick service. We were just very pleased. It was my choice that they came out a little later after we purchased the big deal. Otherwise, they would have come out pretty quickly within a week. There were no extra charges except when we had them come back later and reattach the vent that was broken, which was understandable. I will have them back again. With regard to price, as long as they do a really thorough job, I thought it was reasonable as I didn’t have much to compare it with. The quality of service was very good. They cleaned up after themselves. Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were excellent.

Our system is a geothermal system and had some complications so it took longer. There were three workers and it took them 3 hours to complete the tasks. They were conscientious and thorough.

They didn't do the sanitizing part. I wasn't totally thrilled. I probably would not use them again. I feel like I need to talk to the owner of the company but haven't done it yet. Before they came, I had done thorough cleaning of my house including ceiling and walls. The only thing that hadnt been cleaning other than vacuuming was the carpet. Mostly, I waited til after they came to have the carpet cleaned. When they did the work, they seemed nice and seemed to know what they were doing. Then when they left, I had turned the furnace on to put the heat back on in the house. I heard this rumbling through the furnace ducting. I went around and he had closed off all of the vent covers. When I started opening up the vent covers, debris started flying out at me. I was a little irritated because the whole purpose of having a duct cleaning is that I wouldn't get that debris eventually at some point in my house. Basically, what they had done is loosened everything. Even though they had done some vacuuming, apparently the vacuum was efficient enough and because I had to go through and revacuum and reclean areas. The price was inexpensive compared to others. They seemed prompt and they were willing to come out a little earlier. They weren't wearing clothing that had their logos on it. One guy had a ripped t-shirt. They just didn't seem dressed very professional.

I bought an Angie's Big Deal for dryer vent cleaning. When I talked to their office to set up an appointment they said they were sorry but they were not licensed to do business in Washington. They work out of Oregon. They were very polite and apologized for the inconvenience. My money was refunded within a couple days hassle free. I got a good "vibe" from them and would not hesitate to use them if I lived in their service area.

They were great. They were in and out and cleaned up after themselves. Just one guy came and it was really good. They showed up on time. The guy was really friendly. He took care of everything. I didn't have to move anything. He took care of doing all that. It was quick, easy and done. The dryer runs fine and everything looks clean.

Professional and knowledgeable. They showed us what was in our ducts after construction and lack of cleaning. We will use them again if needed.

I had no contact with the provider. I simply double checked my records after placing the order and found that it had only been two years since my last cleaning. I thought it had been four. Most companies recommend cleaning ducts every 4-7 years. I just don't need this service this year, nor next.

They did a very comprehensive job, I was very pleased.

This firm were not able to do the work of clearing the dryer vent as they so kindly informed me, they are licensed to work only in Oregon. The fault was mine, I did not notice this information in the "deal" I wanted. The overall good note was given as their attitude to my mistake, when they telephoned me to say they could not do the work, was friendly.

Wonderfully. They even fixed a bend in the drier's duct that was not supposed to be there. Will definitely put them on my "home provider" list for the future!

He was very concerned about removing the door for access very carefully. He identified the problem and fixed it and then upgraded the connection for me so my dryer doesn't hit the door anymore.

They were very professional, communicated clearly about the problem we had with the dryer vent and repaired it in a timely fashion. I'd use them again when it's time to clean the vents.

I intended on having them clean out all air ducts and the dryer vent in my house. On inspecting the furnace Kevin found large dirt buildup and rust on the coils so he wanted the furnace looked at before cleaning so that we would get the most out of his service. I am grateful for him pointing this out and will have him come back once we have the furnace taken care of. Thanks to his coworker for checking our crawlspace for any further leak possibilities and checking for rodents while he was down there!

Kevin did an excellent job. He scheduled my appointment immediately and showed up on time. He was professional, and did a clean and thorough job. I highly recommend him. He's a really nice guy too!!!

They were careful to find all the ducts, and prepared them appropriately, then sucked out the dirt. They also put things back in order.

A team of two that included the owner performed an A+ job in our home including cleaning up after themselves. Kevin also repaired some wrap around the air duck that had come lose. I will recommend this firm without reservation.

Well, they showed up on time and explained what they were going to do.. they evaluated the way best for them to get the job done and went to work.about an hour and a half later they finshed, cleaned up and shoe us what they were able to collect. We thought we had lost a couple of dogs then remembered that was years ago lol. a service well done . seem to take pride in their work. I like that.
