Kevin and Chuy were very professional and pleasant to work with. They showed up on time (on a Sunday!), assessed what needed to be done and went right to work. They did a very thorough job. We had our vents cleaned by someone else just a year ago, but when my wife began having allergic reactions every time the furnace came on, we knew we needed to have the work done again. The Duct Guys had a Big Deal running through Angie's List, so we decided we would go with them. The previous outfit just hooked up a big vacuum, but The Duct Guys also ran brushes through the ducts and flushed a huge amount of material out. We will definitely be contacting them again the next time we need the work done. We are very pleased and my wife is no longer having a reaction when our furnace comes on!

!Arrived on time - quickly evaluated extent of work to be done. We have a 1955 home -2400 sq.ft. plus full basement. Vents had not been cleaned in some time! They made excellent use of time! Finished and cleaned up in about 3 hours. We would definitely recommend them!

I paid the full price for a very small house and much lower number of vents than advertised... He also did not have to do the dryer vent as it was new. It seemed that I had to ASK for sterilizer part of service and the person doing it might have done some in wrong order as the owner spoke to him about changing something as he was doing the LAST one. Overall, I am happy to have vents and house cleaned. This was my first experience with getting ducts cleaned, so perhaps my expectations were excessive.

I purchased a deal for duct cleaning. They called quickly to set up a time, were early to the appointment, and left the house in the same condition as when they arrived. I had to have a new dryer hose installed. They did not have the right supplies, so returned the following day (a Saturday) to install. Very accommodating to my schedule.

They arrived on time, inspected the dryer duct, and cleaned it. They also retaped the place where the duct enters the pipe to the outside, which had been poorly done, and sometime ago at that; and they did that without additional charge. I was very pleased with their work and comfortable having them in the house, very professional and cordial.

Our home is a better place after the service from the Duct Guys. Even our standard dachshund is more at ease.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. They were really good. I had one extra heater vent so there was an extra charge for that. Overall it was really good. They were very thorough, very clear about what they were doing, how they did it and what they did. They actually checked out the heater vent from my dryer out to the side of the house. Check it, went under the house and checked it because the guy who was supposed to take care of the dryer vent did a terrible job and so they checked down and checked it to make sure it was not inappropriate, that it was appropriately installed and that it was the correct material, piping and didn't charge me for that. They checked it and made sure there was not obstructions in it and primarily it was to make sure that the pipe was done with the correct material and it was installed correctly against the joists of the floor. They went down and took some pictures of it, they checked it out for me and made sure. Overall I think that they were just great.

They cleaned my air ducts only and not the furnace, they did not tell me this and I had to pay an additional cost.

The two guys who came to the house were very professional and punctual. They were also willing to answer all of my questions. They found a problem with one of the vents, notified me, and fixed the problem. It was amazing to see how much dust, etc they were able to clean out of my vents. The only complaint I had was that they wore their shoes in the house and tracked in a small amount of dirt. I was able to clean it up and since that was my only complaint, I was happy. I would definitely use them again.

These guys were really great. They were very prompt, curious, and efficient. The owner was present along with one crew member and they spent a couple hours cleaning out all of the vents. They went above and beyond by spending an additional 20-30 minutes troubleshooting a duct issue and didn't charge us any extra. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Everything was great - they were timely and thorough.(NOTE: We originally had a miscommunication, but this is a great company)

Worker arrived with what appeared to be his girlfriend. I think he was rather taken aback with the location of our dryer and the fact it vented from an upper location. I'm not sure exactly what he did. I expected him to remove the "hose" from the back of the dryer and clean it. I don't think that was done. I would get recommendations from someone else before calling Duct Guys again.

Bought the Big Deal. Received a message from the provider that they do not service Clark County, WA. So Angie's List refunded my money, but keeps insisting I write a review anyway. So here I am. The message was quite professional and prompt. I can only attest to that.

They were pretty good. I paid more than the Big Deal amount; the deal covered 15 vents and I think I had 20 or 21 vents so I paid $50 more. They were very friendly, and they did their work pretty quickly. They noticed in my furnace itself that the previous duct cleaners, when they replaced the panel over the front of the furnace had used the wrong kind of tape, so they corrected that for me and found spider webs in one of the ducts and they checked to make sure there was not any kind of spider nests underneath the house but they did not find anything there but they did find one of the plastic coverings over the insulation around the ducts that kind of had a cut in it so they fixed that for me as well. The quality of service was good but the one thing that they did have wrong was they used a drill with a brush head on it and a long flexible drill bit to sweep down the pipes and there were a couple of spots on my carpet after they got done where there was a small bit of grease or something; it came out pretty easily with the carpet cleaner but I wish they would have taken care of that but that is fine. Everything else was good. Responsiveness was great. They showed up exactly when they said they were going to and they even showed up a little bit early. They called to say that they got done early and asked if they could come by early. They were very punctual. They took time to explain everything that they were doing and they were happy to answer all my questions. Everything was good there.

They came out a couple of weeks ago and that was night and day job. I have some people have that done and don't feel the difference but my house they took out 20 pounds of crap in there. So, it was well in place and they're strong when they're done. They just walk me through things. They tried to troubleshoot stuff and I had some questions about with my routing was through the ducts because it's an old house and with everything. I had a bunch of kind of customize holes and stuff around the duct work in the basement and they just volunteered to patch all that stuff up and glue it and seal it for free.

The cost indicated includes the Angie's list discount and then $40 was to repair a couple of vents that had been previously repaired with duct tape. They explained exactly what they were going to do and what they were doing at the time. Kevin is hysterical and his assistant was extremely nice and efficient. Kevin, the owner, told me that he would not want to do anything else, that he loved his job! I think that is what it is all about--if you love what you do you are going to give wonderful service to your clients. I would have The Duct Guys back with no reservations.

Cleaned all the air ducts in the house. They also cleaned the furnace outlet and the dryer vent.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were great. I thought they did a really thorough job. My six-year-old was sort of thrown off by them being here for her own reasons. They were very sweet about telling her they would clean her room first so she would not feel insecure. They were very sweet about sequencing the things so that she had her room to herself quickly. I thought that was nice. They were efficient, thorough and communicated well with me. I thought it was a very good experience. I thought they had a reasonable price and communicated very well about when they were coming.

Very well. They were polite and did what they'd promised. They seemed to make an extra effort to make sure I was happy with their service. As an example, neither of us noticed before they left that there was one vent cover left off. I decided to replace it myself and not trouble them, but of course, I managed to drop one of the retaining screws down the vent. When I then called them, they turned around the truck, came back and fished out the screw and replaced the vent cover, apologizing to me for not noticing that they'd left it off!

I purchased a dryer vent cleaning from The Duct Guys. When I called to schedule they were very friendly and accommodating. They came to my home and noted that my dryer vent was very clean and was something I could clean on an annual basis. They said, they could not charge me for the service as it was not needed. They shook my hand and left!

Kevin was very helpful in making sure we did not waste our money. We were having some construction done in the house, which was going to send out lots of dust. The first time that Kevin came to the house, he told us we should wait until those projects were done before having the ducts cleaned . So we rescheduled, with no added cost for the extra trip. When he came back to finally do the work, he explained what they were going to do, how the ducts were cleaned out. They set up and got right to work. They had to move some items in order to access the ducts more easily, and they moved everything back the way we needed it. They also changed the filters on the system which were filthy from the construction dust.

It went well. I would hire them again.

I initially purchased a coupon for dryer vent cleaning through Angie's List. The ducting inside the wall was not attached correctly, so the technician had to do quite a bit of extra work to repair the ducting. I was pleased with the work done and felt the cost of the repair was very fair.

Since the pipe was not connected,... it couldn't be cleaned. ( I've lived in this house 15 years) I was able to reschedule and have the duct reconnected,

Bought the deal and the provider contacted me soon thereafter. An appointment was set up for their next available time slot. The company sent out two workers on the day of scheduled service who first assessed the ducts and said that the ducts were not in their opinion dirty enough to warrant a cleaning. I informed them that the ducts had been cleaned last year and they said in their assessment the previous cleaner had done a pretty good job and that they normally recommend duct cleaning every 5 years or so. They were extremely honest and professional in telling us that they would not feel right cleaning the ducts and taking our money when the service was unnecessary. We greatly appreciated their candid assessment and they recommended we call Angie's List to obtain a refund for the deal. Again, while the company performed no service, we greatly appreciated their honesty and integrity and will likely use them in the future.
