They were good! I made an appointment in November, but I had to call and reschedule. The availability was good when I initially called, and they were flexible when I rescheduled. Their website was very descriptive - which I appreciated. The tech suggested some other solutions on helping to reduce my allergies. I was very comfortable having the 2 techs in my home. I noticed a difference immediately!

It went very smoothly. They arrived on time and everything was clean when they left.

This was a pleasant experience. We learned one of three return air vents wasn't connected to the furnace at all. We were advised on how to address this situation. They pointed out that the furnace had some intake problems where there were leaks. They sealed them with some tape. We learned our vents were on the clean side of normal. The service took two appointments. The first appointment the technicians learned they would need a different type of suction as our furnace has an unusual setup. It was very easy to re-schedule service. We had the same technicians. They did a great job, taught us things about our system we did not previously know. They arrived on time and the appointment took the projected amount of time. We would use them again

They came back another day and fixed the problems and then cleaned the ducts. Our rooms are much warmer now!

They came to do the work and noticed that we had an area taped off. They asked if we were about to do some construction that involved drywalling and I said yes. They said they will come back if we were done with that otherwise, it will undo all of the duct cleaning. He said they will still honor the coupon. I thought that was really great because I didn’t realize that. They did not charge me for coming out.

Excellent! Kevin called me in advance of the appointment time to say he was running about 10 minutes late; then arrived right when he said he would. He and his assistant did a quick walk thru the house identifying the registers and checked the furnace. I didn't know the last time the ducts had been cleaned; it'd been at least 2+ years and we have 2 dogs & 2 cats. He informed me that although he could clean them, they really weren't dirty enough that they needed to be done, and more importantly that cleaning them at this point wouldn't improve the air quality to help reduce my son's allergies. He estimated that I really wouldn't need to clean them for about another 1 to 1-1/2 years. He gave me the option of either refunding my purchase price for the coupon, or holding it and it would be honored at anytime in the future. Kevin & his assistant were very polite (asking if it was ok for one of them to go to another part of the house to check a duct line), very professional, and obviously very honest! Kevin answered all my questions and also talked with me about options I might try to improve the air quality; he's had problem allergies all his life as well. In discussing room air purifiers, he even called his wife to get the model of the one he's used for years (a Therapure, which doesn't require changing expensive filters ). I did a little research -- the Therapure had wonderful ratings, so I purchased one a few days later for my son's bedroom. Less than 48 hours later, there was a NOTICEABLE improvement in my son's allergies, which had been raging for almost 2 weeks !! I bought a second unit for our primary living area, also. THANKS, KEVIN !!!! Although I've put in for a refund at this time, I'm definitely calling The Duct Guys in about a year to do the duct cleaning. I HIGHLY recommend them, if for no other reason than they'll tell it to you straight and you know you're not going to be taken advantage of.

Scheduling the appointment was easy and the staff was very friendly. The service staff was actually running early on the day of my appointment, and called me to see if I wanted them to come by early or keep our original appointment, which I really appreciated. They arrived and were very friendly, looked at all of the ducts thoroughly, and gave me great advice!

They were very professional and punctual.

He did a complete inspection of my duct work and determined there was no need for cleaning at this time. He instructed me to request a refund from Angie's List for the deal. I was very impressed by his honesty and professionalism and will be calling him when the cleaning is needed. They did notice that the outdoor dryver vent cover was missing so they installed one.

The Duct Guys were efficient and prompt. We hadn't had our ducts cleaned out in years, so we hired the Duct Guys. They explained what they were doing and showed us the results. They thoroughly cleaned/vacuumed the heating ducts ? hot air and cold air return, the dryer vents, and they went through the furnace and cleaned out the filters.

They called at the appointment time to let us know they were running 30 minutes behind. (The prior client had more vents than previously indicated). They got right to work. Very friendly and conversational but did not dally. They noticed that 2 vents and 1 return vent were not connected to the main system so they did not charge for them. They also told us how to seal them. Kevin (owner) was very nice and I would definitely recommend them.

Fit me in late in the afternoon even though it was the day after xmas. Arrived on time, determined more was needed than unclogging as the duct work was poorly done initially. Got the job done in about an hour and cleaned everything up before they left. Entirely satisfied with their work and would certainly use them again.

The Ducts Guys arrived on time and after checking the duct system they determined that cleaning was unnecessary. I greatly appreciated their honesty and integrity. Highly recommend.

They came out when said they were going to come out. The only problem I had is that I would have liked for him to re-cap what he had done, but seems he was in a hurry to leave.

They came out and unnecessarily cleaned my duct. They told me I probably didn't need it because I have a relatively new house. I was concerned about it, they were solicitude and nice. They did it quickly and now I don't have to worry about having a dryer burned out I guess. I was just concerned because I have just read an article about house fires and many of them are concerned about venting. That is something I haven't cleaned in my whole life because I leave my dogs here sometimes with the dryer running and I thought that's not very responsible. I was curious, besides, the vent itself looked a little convoluted to me, it has a lot of turns in it and that concerns me. They did a good job. They were informative and good.

Exactly as advertised. Arrived on time and prepared, cleaned the ducts and vents, cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend, will be having them back to reroute my dryer vent under the house.

I can't remember how much now.... I paid in advance .... they were treat guys and did everything really neatly and quick. I don't know that much about this service but I believe they did a good job. The only thing I might recommend is that they not take business calls while on a job... not a big deal though.

They extremely nice and obliging- went the "extra mile" since they had to access some ducts from the crawl space and did an extra duct for free. I would recommend them anytime. Also very sensitive to people with physical / lung problems and not using any substance in the ducts to spray that might aggravate lung issues.

Talked with service provider who said the furnace issue we are trying to address would not be caused by dirty furnace ducts. This was very honest assessment and save us spending money needlessly.

As a new homeowner I was very much looking forward to getting this chore crossed off the to do list. The Duct Guys were quick to respond to my contact and I had my ductwork cleaned out just in time for furnace season. The Duct Guys seem like a great crew who enjoy working together; positive, efficient and generally nice guys. And when it came to the big reveal of how much they cleaned out... wow, so glad I had this done!

Two men came to complete the job. They were both very professional and they explained everything they were doing. They cleaned up well after they were complete. There were no additional costs beyond the price of the Big Deal. Everything turned out real nice.

They honored the $79 price for the dryer vent cleaning special and only charged an extra $30 due to a complicated venting system we have. They were on time, professional, competent and friendly. I would use their services again.
