The Duct Guys LLC

These are good guys. They have a relatively low capacity system (a hand carried air handling unit not one of those big trucks with the vacuum cleaner bags sticking up.) but they are conscientious and it seems to work well. They got a lot of dust out and they were courteous and tried their best. We had an unusual situation that they weren't prepared for and they had to come back but did so cheerfully and they got the job done. We are not a good test case since our house is different than most.

Heat/cool vents, returns and dryer vent service ... They were efficient, communicative, responsible!! Fast reliable service! So hard to find these days- I highly recommend this business !!!! I was amazed with everything that came out of our vents... O M G. I suspected it would be bad and it was worst than I thought. 15 years of dirt, dust, dog hair, food wrappers, CANS and BEE nest! They stayed and did it all to top condition. :)

We have a newly finished hardwood floor. Kelvin and his technician (Matt) were very careful when performing their work. Kelvin was informative, courteous, honest, and efficient. They examined the duct system in the crawspace to make sure that there was no air leak. Kelvin was very knowledgeable and fair with his fee. He made an conscious effort to make sure that things were up to our standards throughout the entire project. Would recommend Kelvin and his team to others.

The duct guys communicated well we just could not get a date and time that worked for us all. They are a smaller outfit so they have limited availability.

My experience with them was good. There were no extra charges. They did a fine job in doing what they said they would do. I thought that they would be able to do some extra work but it was beyond their capability and so they didn’t do it. Their price was fine.

Excellent. Great guys. Willing to go the extra mile to ensure a good job. Had to fix a couple ducts in our hrs while cleaning. This required climbing under the house. The extra charge was minimal for the repair. We would definitely use them again.

This work was for my brother’s home. As it turned out, they had a heating system without ducts so we didn’t need the Big Deal. The guy was very willing and able, but we learned it was our mistake. He totally understood that we needed to cancel. We got the Big Deal refunded through Angie's List.

It was great! He came here and said we did not need to have our ducts cleaned. He was terrific and super friendly. It was nice that he was so honest. I am inquiring with Angie’s List for a refund.

I called on a Sunday afternoon, planning on leaving a message. Kevin answers the phone and we set an appointment for an estimate the next morning. He arrived on time, very professional and with a great personality. After he went through the house he quoted a price, asked where we located his company we said "Angies List" with a big smile says "well that saves you $50 bucks". We explained the there is a day sleeper in the home and he said whatever day works best for us. They came out on SUNDAY. The tech was on time, very informative, friendly, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. The is a great provider and we will use them again.

They were very flexible about the time and they did their job well. They arrived earlier which was fine and great with me. They were friendly people and knowledgeable.

Kevin was great, he took care of problems I'd had with the heating system for a long time. I had another provider check the ducts when I bought the house, they apparently didn't fix the things that Kevin found. He had to come back to replace the main duct that had water in it. He was very prompt each time he came out.

They did a nice job and answered all our questions. We were very satisfied and would use them again if we have the need.

They arrived on time, kept me appraised of their progress, got everything done with minimal disruption to my day. Keven and his technician Matt were both polite and very professional. Great experience!

They were prompt, courteous, thorough and efficient. For some reason my dryer vent is on the roof and they even climbed up there to clean it. Very good value.

These guys were great! They checked the situation out very carefully and used some creative thinking. In the end, they found a way to replace it with just one small opening in the ceiling of a closet. The job required two visits, plus we live way outside of town but they only charged $300. Kevin was absolutely determined to find a good way to fix the problem. Professional, fun to talk to and quality work. I will stick with The Duct Guys for any duct or vent work from now on.

They alerted me to a potential problem with my dryer venting outside.

They came ontime but cracked a small wood panel while they were working and did not disclose that it happened. I also found them to be a touch burnt out on what they were doing - uninspired. I would say that the work they did was a solid B, but could have most certainly been done with more care in my opinion.

They were great I would give them A's all the way My interaction with them was great. I didn't spend anything extra and they came out about a couple weeks after I bought the deal.

Good folks to work with. Highly recommended.

It was great. He went into the crawl space to fix a broken piece on one of my air ducts. Anyone who will go down into my home's crawl space is good to me. I thought he was really nice and friendly. He did the work quickly.
