In all my years having had various service contractors working in my home, I have never had anyone impress me as much as these guys did. Kevin, the owner came out, on time, etc., While working, he answered all my questions, worked efficiently, timely, respectfully. I had just moved in, and was a tad overwhelmed. Kevin asked to use the restroom at the end of doing all the work. I was having an issue getting a light fixture down. He climbed up and worked on it for 10 minutes....above and beyond. These guys were unbelievably amazing!

There were 3 men. They were courteous and respectful of our home. It was very loud as they cleaned out each duct. I was amazed at what was taken out of our ducts. But they said that was much better than some home they have cleaned. When they left, everything had been put back and you wouldn't know they had been there. I did feel the air was much cleaner than it was before they came.

They seemed to be very thorough and professional, and did not leave any mess at all. They showed up when promised, the work took about as long as they estimated, and they gave a full report of what they encountered. No surprises except pleasant ones.

After purchasing a home we discovered a very damp/humid laundry room each time our dryer was used. I attempted to clean out the current exhaust system, but the problem persisted. I called Kevin at The Duct Guys and shared what I knew regarding the current state of the dryer exhaust. Kevin came out a few days later, confirmed what we thought was a problem and was able to provide a verbal quote to resolve the situation ($200-$300). Kevin designed a more efficient system, which utilized aluminum duct work and didn't share ducting with a ceiling exhaust fan. I can't speak highly enough of this company. Kevin was professional and the system designed works as expected. In addition, the verbal pricing provided remained accurate. My wife even forgot about the scheduled installation and Kevin didn't make it out to be a big deal. He rescheduled the installation for a week later, but called my wife when another opening became available, performing the work ahead of schedule.

After checking all vents Kevin came to conclusion that I did not require this service - they vents) were very clean. He spent some extra time explaining how to clean furnace filters. Nice folks.

The Duct Guys came to the house and realize that my ducts looked fairly clean and I didn't need the service. They told me to call Angie's list to get my refund. I like their honesty.

It went fine. I don't think I'd do it again however. I think vent duct cleaning is a bit of a scam. Dryer vent cleaning is important.

They were on time, professional, courteous and clean. They cleaned all of the vents as well as the dryer duct and everything was left clean and tidy...just as they found it! The only negative point was that at the end of the job, I was told that I had to pay an additional $60 because I had 5 additional vents. There was no " limit" on number of vents in the ad when I purchased the service. Other than that, I was very happy with them.

They were so personable and did such nice work. They were honest and didn’t’ oversell me. I would use them again. They are the nicest and most fun guys I have had at the house.

They were lovely. The approximate date of service was about a month ago. The approximate cost of service was around $100. They were very pleasant. They did it quickly and thoroughly. They were excellent. I would just say it was a very pleasant experience. They obviously wanted to do a good and thorough job.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. They were very quick and they cleaned up. It was kind of like a quick and easy thing. They work they did turned out fine. My interaction with the provider was good.

They were fabulous! There were no troubles with scheduling and we were even able to move up our appointment when they had a cancellation. They completed the job within a couple of hours. They were very professional, quick and efficient. We were very happy with the work. When need the service again, we will use them.

They arrived on time, found the problem and had the duct clean and the dryer readt to use in 90 minutes or less. Coit came to do the same job last week and said the duct needed to be replaced and it would cost hundreds of dollars. Kevin was great!

They were able to come out quickly after purchasing the deal. The people who I spoke with on the phone were professional with setting up the appointment. However, I was not there when the work was completed. They came out in timely fashion and they did good job. They did what they said they would do. There were no problems.

they were prompt, they were quick, with no muss or fuss, but a week later we found we still had a DIRTY furnace filter. We did not call them on this because we really could not remember if that was part of the job description.

DUCT Guys were fabulous. Very professional, organized, respectful. They performed their job in such an efficient manner. They also showed us that we had been given wrong information about our furnace filter so we now use it correctly for the first time in decades! Excellent service. Thank you Angie's list.
