Great Yards Landscape Maintenance

With the weekly maintenance, my lawn etc looked its best this summer. However, the weeding part is very minimal. Weeds need to be dug out or hoed out. If the roots are left, they just grow back. Now the leaves are prolific. I would like to have all leaves blown out of flower beds, off walkways, etc. and hauled off. Each week the leaves have been blown into the flower beds. Thank you.
