John's job before ours ran later then he expected, into the evening. He called to let me know, and he said he would call when he finished it. He did and I told him he could come the next couple of days. He insisted if it wasn't too late for us he would like to still come do our job. He was replacing our broken kitchen faucet. He didn't want us to be without our sink any longer. That is dedication to his customers. He came did a great job in less than an hour. We appreciated his dedication and have already hired him for two more larger jobs to be done in May. Good worker, easy to talk with. So glad we found him!!

John makes being a client of his not only pleasant and easy, but he stays in touch by texting days, times he will be on the job, and if he needs to make changes, even being a bit later or earlier than expected, he lets his client know.
