 + -1 moreSunday 6/8 dropped off the computer they said 5 to 7 work days for service should be back 6/17 or 6/18. I checked their online tracking on 6/11 it showed the optic drive replaced on 6/10 and the unit was ready for pickup. When I returned home there was a phone message telling me my computer was ready. The optic drive replacement $238.00 was covered under warranty. I paid $90.00 to have my files backed up.
Description of Work: My Apple computer developed a problem on 6/8. I called Apple described the problem they said that the optic drive was not working. They told me to take it to The Mac Store for warranty work.

 + -1 moreIT IS VERY CONVENIENT. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THEM FOR YEARS. WE HAVE BOUGHT ALL OF OUR COMPUTERS AND SOFTWARE THROUGH THEM, AND I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR QUALITY OF WORK AND SERVICE WITH THEM. THEY ARE VERY CLEAR, AS THEY GO THROUGH THEIR SERVICE CONTRACT WITH YOU ABOUT WHAT DIAGNOSTICS COSTS, AND THEY CONTACT YOU IF IT IS GOING TO BE MORE. I HAVE NEVER FELT RIPPED OFF BY THEM.
Description of Work: I WAS GETTING THE MOTHERBOARD FIXED.
