THE CARPET CLEANING EXPERTS

He does a pretty good job and charges a fair rate and we have had good luck with him. We have a couple of small carpets and he does a good job cleaning them. We had him clean the vents and also had a Persian rug hand cleaned and did not charge as much, and did a beautiful job. He is pretty straight and a hardworking guy and I like what he did. He is old school European and is very methodical and I was impressed. He tries to give you a good deal and make sure you are happy. He also calls us once a year to make sure everything is okay.

He came today. I thought he was fair. Not real good. He's been here before and I thought he was ok, but now I'm not so sure. My carpets are not even dry. There are still some spots. He explained to me he could not get the spot out in front of the door. But there are a couple other spots and some in the bedroom. He found one by the dryer and said they're all set for 13 amps. It didn't take him very long. He asked if I wanted the furniture moved and I said no. So he didn't move anything. I just don't think he did that great a job. He wanted to plug in a portable cleaner in the house instead of the truck.

Very impressed. Angelo Perfilli, the owner, always kept in touch by phone as to time of arrival and departure from his previous job. He was courteous, direct, and did what he said he would do. I am sorry I don't have more carpets for him to clean. I would definitely recommend him and would certainly request his company again.

WE HAVE USED THEM FOR 2 OR 3 YEARS AND HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED. THEY ARE PROMPT AND DO A GOOD JOB. THEY APPLIED A 'TEFLON TRAFFIC' PROTECTION. THE CARPETS ARE DRY IN A SHORT TIME. THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS.

I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS GOOD. THEY WERE EASY TO GET A HOLD OF AND EASY TO SET UP A TIME FOR THEM TO COME. THE SECOND TIME I HAD THEM COME THEY CALLED ME TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT, WHICH WAS HELPFUL TO ME, THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I SAW THEIR PRICE ON A COUPON THROUGH THE MAIL.

THEY DID AN OK JOB. I HAVEN'T HAD TOO MANY CARPET CLEANING JOBS DONE, SO I DON'T REALLY KNOW. THE PEOPLE WERE FINE. THEY WERE A LITTLE OVER TALKATIVE AND HE DID THE JOB AND LEFT.
