carpet cleaners, upholstery cleaning
 + 0 moreI was in a panic after brushing my hand on the passenger seat of my car and discovering that a Christmas weekend visit had left it smelling exactly like a toilet. Allen slipped us into his schedule, arrived promptly, and worked thoroughly to clean and deodorize. After nearly 3 hours, he had everything looking and smelling fresh. After letting things dry a couple of hours, we were able to use the couches and recliners again. Allen's truck-mounted unit does a thorough job of forcing the water back out of the upholstery, which helps it dry faster and also gets more of the dirt out. Having tried using the rental portable units, we can tell the difference in cleaning capacity. Allen is a delight to work with. Very upbeat, professional, and honest as the day is long. Ask him about his expertise with reptiles; very entertaining!
Description of Work: This is the second time we have used Sundance. The first time, it was to clean both carpets and upholstery; this time it was just the upholstery. This was a short-notice job required after an elderly relative proved to be incontinent, soiling multiple upholstered dining chairs, couches and recliners, as well as the passenger seat of the car. While we were at it, we had him go ahead and do the entire interior of the car. We did not have time to have the carpets cleaned today, but plan to have him back soon to do that.

 + -1 moreThey offered very prompt help when we had water damage. He did a great job putting the carpet back into place. We'll definitely have him back to do regular carpet cleaning.
