The work went very well. They completely replaced all my pipes in one day, clear out to to waterline in the street, put in new faucets both inside and outside the house, and a new shower head with a thermostat to keep the water temperature consistent. They did a very good job. A dry wall person did have to come in later to patch the holes in the walls, but he did a great job and you would never know there were any holes cut out.

Repipe Specialists repiped our home and we had a fully positive experience! From the sales rep who detailed the process and cost, to the workers who did the repiping, everyone was very competent, professional and personable. Our 1973 home that had addition added which caused an issue with going through the walls. The guys came up with a solution and ran it past me to verify I was good with that. They also replaced our shower fixtures and now there are no more rules in place while someone is showering :) The workers were on time, and cleaned up thoroughly. We are delighted with the results and have had no troubles post-repipe. They also gave us various options to pay for the work which was nice. I give them my highest endorsement!

On 11/15/17 I had an estimate done as I needed some old pipe replaced with Pex. Some had been replaced 5 years ago by another company and I wanted the remainder done also. They were to replace the previously not done connections to a bathroom and kitchen sink, and to also replace the plumbing from the kitchen, through the ceiling, to the water heater, all done in the basement. They would also put a pressure valve on the line into the house as they said the water pressure in the house was too high. At the time I was doing some remodeling and the walls were going to be replaced with tongue and groove pine, so the walls were open and the plumbing was easily accessible. The other part to be replaced for the bathroom was also easily accessible in the basement. The only part they had to open was in the ceiling in the finished part of the basement. They quoted me $5,500 and a separate charge of over $2,000 for patching the drywall sections in the ceiling as the walls were not needing drywall because of the tongue and groove pine to be installed. I sourced out the materials they quoted they would be using and it was no more than $500. I turned down the $2,000 patching job as that should have cost no more than $500. The good part is that said they could do it in a day. So for a days work they wanted over $600 per hour. They say in their ad that they charge 1/2 of what plumbers charge. I don't know any plumbers who Charge $1200 an hour. Plus I found out that they sub out most of their work, from plumbers on a plumbing forum who work for them and have to wait 30 days to get their cut of the job. I pointed out to them that the walls were open so they didn't have a lot of hard work to do, and their cost for the materials. I finally negotiated them down to $3900 + but that was still over $425 per hour for the work, and still more than a standard plumber. I am retired and on a fixed income. I felt they were trying to gouge me for every cent they could get. They may do good work, but you pay through the nose for it. And frankly, installing Pex is not rocket science and can be a DIY project if the have some experience in remodeling and have the right parts and installation tools. They also wanted a separate $425 for installing a new water heater that I had to buy, have delivered, and then have someone haul away the old one. I had Lowe's do all that on 11/29 for $400, so Repipe Specialists sure weren't trying to do us old timers any favors.

After talking with two other plumbing companies, we decided to call Repipe Specialists of Oregon. They made an appointment right away for someone to come out and give us an estimate. The salesperson was on time and had lots of information, examples of the PEX pipe they use to replace old pipes, information on the hardware and all that would be replaced. He gave us a bid on the spot as well. And, the bid included drywall repair and texture which was not the case with the other plumbers. They were able to schedule the job fairly quickly too. On the day of the job, he plumbing crew showed up on time, were professional, courteous, and did the job in a day and a half. Drywall repair was also great, it took one day to finish up and they matched the texture wonderfully. We were really pleased with the job and would recommend!

The crew came on time and they were done in a day and a half. They were so nice and did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anybody that needed that kind of work done.

The crew arrived on time, they were friendly and professional. They got right to work and were finished in one day. They checked back to make sure everything was working the way it should. The man that did the dry wall came in on a Saturday to finish the job before a new water heater could be installed. It was ver appreciated and he did a good job.

they were here on time like they said and they got it done early it was to take 2 days it took one day for the re-pipe there were done just a few hours after I got home from work. The next day the sheet rock was done he did a great job it looked like it did before they worked on it. When all the work was done on 3rd day they did the inspection and it passed. They called a few days later they called and asked how it was I told them that they had a great job and I will tell everyone if they need there pipes done i will have them give them a call

subcontractors did very good job but these guys charged too much.

The salesman, did not disclose information and did not tell the entire truth. I received a phone call from a plumbing company to schedule the work, this is a company that I had never spoken to nor had the salesman ever referred to. The salesman during his pitch, always said how repipe Specialists did the work this way while plumbing companies did it a different way how they were better because of various reasons. He continually denigrated plumbing companies is inferior businesses. Much to my surprise, I receive a phone call from a plumbing company to do the work. I understand that in construction work is often subcontracted out, but I did not expect it for a repipe job. The other companies we received bids from did not subcontract the workout. When I called to complain about the omissions and the stretching of the truth, I received many apologies from his supervisor. After a few more issues, repipe specialists cancelled the job. Now I have to find a plumbing company that can somehow get the job done in the same time frame.

The crew from Up a Creek Plumbing got right to work on time and finished by the end of the day. Great group of guys, knew what they were doing and got the job done. We were very pleased with their work and would gladly have them back to do any plumbing work we might need done.

Without reservation, my wife and I are elated with the work done when our whole house was repiped by Repipe Specialists! What a joy it is to have good, clean water again instead of the 'rust-colored' water and to have great water pressure again instead of low water pressure. From the 'get-go' to the final 'clean-up,' the work done by the team from Repipe Specialists was top notch. We truly are happy to have decided on having Repipe Specialists do this job for us!! It was very organized. Jon from Repipe was very thorough and Jayson and his crew from True Blue Plumbing were awesome!

The work was done quite well, Unfortunately the quote was ambiguous as regards replacing 2 outside spigots. The wrong one was replaced and a recall was required to run new pipe to the correct one. However, this was done within a week of completing the job and in a very cheerful manner. The drywall patches were performed by Indigo Construction. I've seen a lot of drywall patching and this was in the top 1 percentile. Except for texture difference, you could run your hand over the patch and not even know it was there. My painting sub contractor was impressed, and he is VERY hard to impress.

It went well. Showed up on time and finished in the time frame they outlined. The work was good.

The job was completed in the time they said with very little disruption. I was very glad I hired them to do the job.

John from Repipe Specialists came out to give me a price. He was professional, patient and answered all my questions. He also told me that I did not need a new water heater, which I had been told I would have to replace. He also took a lot of time explaining what Pex piping was and how it worked. Repipe Specialists sent out True Blue Plumbing to do the work. The were on time, which surprised me, and Jer and his team were professional, neat and efficient. The work was completed under the time frame given, everything was clean and neat when they were done including under the house which I expected to be a mess due to the type of insulation I had, but everything was cleaned up, The plumbers were patient and answered all my questions and took me through the process they did to complete the job and let me inspect the finished areas. I would highly recommend them for any work needed to be done. Both Repipe and True Blue are excellent companies.

They were responsive quick and professional. Also the dry wall person did a great job in matching the textures in the wall.

A tile in the shower was cracked during installation. Repipe does not do the repair tile work so job was sourced out on our own. Small detail that is not included in the whole package. Job was well done with attention to detail.

Getting the quote was a quick process. However, scheduling an appointment was exactly 6 weeks out. Plus, a 50% deposit was required at the time of scheduling, when no work was done for 6 weeks. The re-pipe would be considered small. A single level, one bath condo. It was a quick, less than one day, job. We had to have the plumber come back two additional times to fix the leaking toilet. That was the most frustrating thing. But, they were responsive and did get the problem fixed. But it took 10 days. Now that the toilet isn't leaking, we are very satisfied. We would recommend them.

Think the plumbers could of done a better job with the Kitchen arrangement of the tubes. One was leaking the next day and the shut off for refer ice maker should of been located higher for easier access to shut off inside sink cabinet. Lots of dust in the house from removing sheet rock. Back bedroom was really bad. I think the price was to high for my 900 sq ft 1 bath house. I did a lot of the prep work ( kitchen was being remodeled so no sink cabinets in the way). Removed sheet rock in the closet also. They got it finished in one day. They wanted extra $1,000 to patch the sheet rock they got into. I did myself.

It went very well. The workers were very careful, they layed down plastic over the carpet and vaccumed areas that were needed. I didn't have much to dust, they were so clean about everything. They were very polite and considerate at all times. A real pleasure to have about.

In spite of advertising "half the cost of other plumbers" for repiping "because that's all we do", the estimate was about 50% HIGHER than the other three bids we have received from local plumbing companies. We did not hire them

The crew worked into the evening to repipe our house in one day. One guy cut holes in the sheetrock, another pulled pipe while another guy put fittings on. Amazing to see them work together and get the job done. How they figure out where to cut sheetrock downstairs to put pipe upstairs, I will never know. There's quite a mess while they are working and alot of sheetrock dust but they clean and vacuum as much as they can and remove all the debris. We also had them patch all the holes after the repipe. I thought maybe I could save money and patch myself but they patched and textured and you'd never know where the holes are. And who wants try to patch a hole behind the toilet?
