Levi Kay with Realistic Rooter arrived on time, educated me on options and provided an estimate, and was very professional. Cleared the drain!!! I was able to get an appointment the next day, on time, professional and very reasonable charges. I would absolutely recommend this company.

It was very good. The woman was very informative and they provide discount to senior citizens. When the guy came, the guy has mask on. The person that did the work was very friendly and respectful. He worked extra hard. He had a hard time doing it because of the configuration of the pipe, he had to come up and down. He kept working, very nice person. They are reasonable and efficient. I highly recommend them, they are cheaper compared to others.
