Everything went great. Always returned calls. Showed up when they said they would, price was great. They worked to get the job done quickly. Everything works perfect.

Although they got the date wrong (told me one week but then scheduled it for the week after), they were very professional when they did the work; apprentice who worked on the job was a bit sloppy, but the foreman was excellent.

I called for a quote. They quoted $129, this sounded good so I booked an appointment. They gave me a two hour window. The gentleman showed up at the beginning of the window. To the minute, he was very professional. Explained all the work that he had done. Everything was great.

They were prompt with returning calls and showing up. In fact, a couple of times they showed up 30-60 minutes early. They gave me the best estimate out of three bids and were the most professional. I was out of town at the time of installation, so when I had some concerns about a couple of things, they came right out and took care of it. I would definitely use them for future jobs.

My Trane furnace stopped igniting and was blowing cold air late on Sunday evening during the Thanksgiving holiday. I called the PIONEER GAS FURNACE'S number and was told to call another "emergency" phone number. I did and had to leave a message there. In a few minutes I received a call from the company office manager. She was very helpful and scheduled a service for the following morning. All went really well. When I came back from the office on Monday afternoon, the furnace was fixed. This was really exceptional level of service.

The furnace fan was running but not igniting. I called them around 8pm and received a call back within a few minutes. The technician had to drive from Rhodedendron but arrived around 9:20. Pete got the furnace to light and for a minute thought it was fixed, but he waited to see if ran for a couple minutes, and sure enough the flame went out. He replaced the flame sensor, and the furnace worked again. All in all, it only took about 20 minutes. Pete was very friendly and professional. The work was done quickly. He had a price sheet to explain the charges, which was nice.

They seemed like a nice company. I wish they did hydronic (radiation) systems.

We were very happy with the customer service, responsiveness and professionalism with which the air conditioner installers and office people exhibited during our installation. We were very disappointed with Bob's Electric's who did the electrical subcontract work for Pioneer Gas. As these were subcontractors, we cannot rate them separately, as we did not hire them.

I have used this company before in the past. I was referred to them from my realtor. I have been quite satisfied with their service. They did make one mistake of not turning the unit back on at the house but they came back out to fix the problem. They've done very good work. There is nothing to complain about.

On time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Furnace is getting old and wanted to be sure could get a few more months out of it.

This was a follow-up visit to a diagnostic visit earlier. The main job was to replace the heat exchanger. But, as often happens, other real problems surfaced. My experience with this company has been uniformly positive. Jesse, the lead technician, although not the service technician for this work order, took the time to come over to the house to insure everything was working out satisfactorily. He also took it upon himself to keep in touch with Bryan to insure that the furnace was back in working order by evening. Very much appreciate his follow-up call later as well. The technician who did the work, Bryan, was VERY conscientious and spent a lot of time getting things in working order. My wife and I really appreciate how much work he did (until 9pm!) making sure we would have heat. His attitude was friendly, expert, and concerned. Also, Jesse probably spent 30 min on his phone finding the part. This company seems to have some really good folks working for it!

JESSE CALLED AHEAD TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT TIME & CAME EARLY SINCE I WAS HOME & HE WAS NEARBY. HE IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM & FIXED IT. HE ALSO GAVE HIS OPINION RE: THE OVERALL CONDITION OF BOTH FURNACES & HIS RECOMMENDATIONS FOR REPLACING THEM SINCE BOTH ARE OLD AS FURNACES GO. HE ONLY CHARGED ME $70. INSTEAD OF THE $129. I WAS QUOTED ON THE PHONE BY THE OFFICE STAFF.

SCHEDULING WAS PROMPT AND THE REPAIRMAN WAS RIGHT ON TIME.

POOR. I FEEL THEY WERE SET UP TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A CUSTOMER IN TROUBLE. IF ANYONE WANTS TO KNOW THE WIRING THEY WANTED ME TO PAY $129 FOR I GOT IT FROM ANOTHER SHOP FOR FREE. RED WIRE TO R LUG, YELLOW WIRE TO Y1 LUG, BLUE WIRE TO B LUG, GREEN WIRE TO G LUG, WHITE WIRE TO W2 LUG, POSSIBLE JUMPER FROM Y1 TO W1 LUGS.

THEY WERE VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND SHOWED UP ON TIME. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE HAVING THEM IN OUR HOME.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE TOOK THE TIME TO TEST THE FURNACE AFTER REPLACING THE PART. IT WORKS GOOD AND IS VERY CLEAN.
